Introduction
Club Background:
So the club that was selected was Forest Green Rovers. A club that was founded in 1890 under the name of Nailsworth & Forest Green. They are currently the longest serving team in the Conference National. Recently the club changed it's badge to its current one, the previous one was very similar to the F.C. Barcelona badge. Forest Green changed its home strip from its traditional black and white stripes to a lime green shirt with black shorts and socks. It's decision to ditch the traditional black and white stripes proved controversial with supporters. The club plays its game at 'The New Lawn' in Stroud.
Media are predicting us to be finishing in 7th.
The club trophy cabinet is slightly bare ... will hopefully be filling up with silverware in the future.
So I had to chose the clubs expectations, I played it safe. Going top half finish.
So to the squad ...
So the squad is not a bad one. Will need to look at strengthening at Goalkeeper and Across The Defense.
So ... with the basic introduction. Let's meet our new unlikely hero ...
That's right ladies and gentlemen. Ronnie B is in the house.

Pre-Season and August 2012
Transfers:
Nathan Bignall was a big capture for the club. The guy's stats are very good for this level. Robbie Fowler has come in as a player / coach and should play as a bit part player who will help with guiding the strikers. Having used Pejic at lower league level in the past, I felt his experience will be good to use and will cover the main central defenders we have at the club. Smith and Sampayo are promising youngsters to will cover the much needed positions at full back. Gorman is a tidy little winger at lower league level, and of course has international experience with Northern Ireland. Alan O'Brien adds options to the left wing, whilst also being experienced at playing higher level.
During my short period, I have begun to look at adding and taking away staff. Ashworth in my opinion is a steal as our Chief Scout and I think Goram as our goalkeeper coach will help develop the goalkeepers. Bobby Roberts and John Milton are both good scouts for this level and hopefully they will be able in the future to point out some talent for us.
Pre-Season Fixtures:
A pretty positive pre-season fixture list. I did some tinkering with the squad during the games. Very pleased to get a draw with Reading Reserves. Lot of fixtures were already arranged when I arrived as we have quite a few affiliated clubs. Bignall looks a good prospect for us. Have high hopes of him throughout the season.
August Fixtures:
August began positively. We took our form from pre-season into the first set of league fixtures and it showed in our performances. Bignall is as I mentioned earlier a good player and he has started well. His strike partner in crime Ben Wright is also a handy player, he seemingly plays well off Bignall and vice versa. Wright's hat-rick against Gateshead was simply outstanding.
League Table:
So after 3 games we are top, not much more to say. The season is a long one and I am hoping we can get the Green Army promoted.
Fola I have uploaded the file and PM'd you with the link. I've cut short my time as I feel it would be good for someone else to have some time to sign some players and look for staff during the transfer window.

So we snapped up Manager of the Month, Bignall also won player of the month with 4 goals in 5 games.
And we fucking lose our very next game to fucking bottom placed Hyde. I made my feelings known to the players and they reacted accordingly. Hopefully a better performance next up.
