Created Competition Not Working. Help?

I've created on the editor the Great British Championship about four or five times now and it hasn't worked either time I've made it. Basically all it is, is a copy of the old extinct British Home Championship ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/British_Home_Championship ) which was a annual friendly competition contested between England, Northern Ireland, Scotland & Wales between 1884 & 1984. I tried creating it after making the current competition in the database, not extinct, but that didn't work either. Anybody got any ideas why it's not working or why it didn't work when I made the current one, not extinct? I'm doing everything right when I make, I'm positive I am.

Any help would be brilliant cheers.

I tried to make a football equivalent of Rugby unions six nations championship, it works but it won't happen in the first year of your game, it always starts the next season for some reason. holiday through a season and see if yours works then.

Did you add the competition in nation rules? If not, then game will not start the one you created at all...
