How does it work?
When you use this file the game will start with the default Football Manager 2023 database, but all real world transfers will occur at the same time they happened in real life as you are playing.
Unfortunately transfer fees are wildly inaccurate, but this does not affect gameplay or club finances, only the history tab of a players profile.
It is also not possible to future date loans or manager movements, so these occur at the start of the game. This is a limitation of Football Manager please do not ask us to "fix" this.
What's included in our FM23 Future Transfer Database?

- Manager Sackings
- Delete any previous version of our Future Transfer Database you may have installed before you start
- Download the zip file to your computer using the "Download" button
- Extract the zip file

Move the contents of the Zip file to the following location (create the "editor data" folder if it doesn't exist)
- Windows: My Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2023/editor data/
- Mac: /Users/YOURNAME/Library/Application Support/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2023/editor data/
- Start Football Manager and select "New Career Game".
- In the top right make sure that 23.4 is selected and this update is checked under "Editor Data Files".
- Uncheck any other updates that may conflict with this update (the real name fix does not).
- Start your career!.
