I use Windows 7 myself, I added the MSVCR70.dll file to Windows/System 32, had a little fiddle with the run/command function to no avail and then simply downloaded a DLL File Fixer and that did the job for me

Every time I try and install the program I get the following error code

"The program can't start because MSVCR70.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

I've tried it tonnes of times, any ideas please??
