I'd have Rafael, Van Persie and Rooney as world class and all and any of De Gea, Vidic, Carrick and Nani depending on form, fitness and what ever else (maybe Vidic is past his sell by date but time will tell).
Compare that to Bayern for example. Neuer, Lahm, Dante, Alaba, Schweinsteiger, Martinez, Ribery, Müller for certain and as good a case for Götze, Robben and Kroos as any and thats even with missing really obvious players probably and its pretty obvious what Moyes is getting at regardless of the number he puts on it.
It's a pointless debate though because everyone's criteria of world class is different so any arguments about it just descend into pointless quibbling over what definitions we're all using.

I did say "at a push". Either way, I'd argue there are more central midfielders I'd have ahead of Carrick than number 10's I'd take ahead of Cazorla.

Rafael is easily in the conversation as one of the best in his position. Who is outright better than him? Lahm is a given. Alves Zabaleta are at least debatable, Who else? Pizczeck?
Put it this way, you'd probably argue Suarez is world class and Rafael is a hell of a lot closer to being the best right back playing the game than Suarez is to being the best striker.
And Nani I said top form, which is United player of the year form. Admittedly the water is muddied because there's a lot of players who aren't wingers who play out wide (Siva, Mata, even Ronaldo) but as classic wingers go there's not many better than him.

That is all.

And Nani is wank, he's had one half decent season if that

You're basically using two different criteria to define 'world class' to suit your argument, you're being deliberately flexible with your terms to discredit Rafael ('he's only one of the best right backs in the world, that doesn't make you world class' ) to then use the exact same argument to say that Suarez is ('he's one of the best strikers in the world, he's obviously world class' ).
This is why the debate is crap, because 'World Class' means nothing. You could just as easily say that your definition of world class is the two best players in the world for every position and nothing else or go even further and say that its just the best XI and there would be nothing wrong with that (if we did go for either of those criteria I'd say the only world class players in the league are Kompany, Toure and Ozil, btw).
And you're just wrong about Nani.

Also - I was under the impression Yanga-Mbiwa was one of the best young defenders in Europe when we signed him? He's fucking appalling.

Madness starting Tiote over Cabaye for this game, Tiote hasn't done anything in the last 12 months to justify him starting. It's almost like Pardew thinks playing Tiote, the walking yellow card who offers little on the ball, is a safer option just because he's considered a defensive midfielder. Ben Arfa being brought off was disgraceful too, seriously can't see the logic behind any of these decisions.

Gouffran being moved there helped stop that and Coleman hardly done anything second half.

If we don't beat Cardiff we could be in the shit by the end of November.

If you wait until a player has retired and then start comparing them with players still playing your discussion is then regarding the greatest of different eras.
World Class is surely a contemporary discussion about the best players in the world currently, otherwise you'd still be arguing Terry and Ferdinand are World Class because they were World Class during their peak. Whereas, in reality, theres no way in hell they would get close to a discussion of the current best centre backs.
Carroll.
Suarez would also be a fair bit behind your Ronaldos, Rauls etc but I believe he's a lot closer to their status than Rafael is to his competition.
But it's a nothing discussion really

Aye, Coleman is unreal. Still think he should be a winger though
