Good work. The sources were pretty poor, but I recommend viewing your images on a transparent background and zooming in on them. Many images have snow right around the head, which is very easily fixed or, even better, avoided outright. Keep up the good work
Nothing wrong with the cutting here but the colouring (in the sources?) is not very realistic as it's simply too red. A bit of tweaking with hue and saturation, and brightening, brings them to a bit more closer to a real-life face. Keep up the good work as well
