Applied for my first job last Thursday since I left working for the bank last July and start tomorrow.

Had a phone interview and group interview today and they called 25 minutes after it had finished. \o/

Going to feel weird being at work for 6 hours a day after 7 months of doing whatever I wanted whenever I wanted.

Here is exactly what Rahman said about the appearance of the passengers on the stolen passports.

“It is confirmed now that they are not Asian looking men,” he said.

A reporter asked Rahman to say “roughly” what they looked like. He replied “Do you know a footballer by the name of Balotelli [using an approximate pronunciation of the name]”.

Reporters shouted the the name Balotelli, pronouncing the name footballer’s name correctly. Rahman corrected his initially pronunciation, and said: “Balotelli, yes”.

Just attempted a man versus food challenge at my local, three foot long hot dogs smothered in onions and cheese, a gravyboat full of chilli and a lbs of chips. Finished all the hot dogs and the chips but I couldn't bring myself to do the chilli, I should of spread it over the rest. :/

Haha, I've lost about five stone since I started training for that, I need to put some back on as none of my clothes fit any more.

I occasionally commented on here back in 2011/12, now my comments says zero.

Anyway, I currently have sunstroke, which I somehow managed to get in March in the UK, so I've picked back up on the site. It seems a lot quieter.

This section of the board is more or less dead, the FM careers forum is still fairly active and sports discussion comes to life at weekends. aside from that Rob may as well program some digital tumbleweeds.

FM-Base has a lot of tactics discussion and the official forum is as active as ever.

The scene in general is dying out though, a lot less active forums than there used to be.

Most of the old regulars have grown up and don't have the time and/or interest to hang around on forums like they used to while the flow of new blood has virtually dried up completely.
