If we win today, we'll be top of the league in terms of away games.

amazing how better balanced we are with just one up top and 3 proper midfielders behind. Actually glad now that the decision to drop RVP has been made for Moyes. Movement between Rooney and Kagawa has been very good

Also helps that you're playing West Ham

Don't think you've played West Ham that many times.

But seriously, your recent 'revivals' have been against Palace, Cardiff and West Brom

West Brom beat us at home.

I don't think you're taking into account how shit we've been when people are actually happy with our performances.

Didn't you beat West Brom 3-0 away about a week ago?

Yeah...

My point is that the "its only West Ham/Brom line" is annoying, 'cos shit teams have been getting results again us this season (West Brom, Fulham etc.), so when we actually play some nice football and get results, even if its against those teams, its at least some form of progress.

Highlights how bad we've been in the other games, but whatever, I'm happy with today.

Yeah but after every game yous say you've turned a corner or whatever, you get hammered the next time you play an actual decent team

Why are Nasri and Paulinho in there? Just to make it seem like worse for their 'rivals'?

I personally have never said we turned a corner, i merely mentioned we looked a lot more balanced as a side with RVP gone rather than having him and Rooney fighting for position and getting in each others way.

Because you'd kind of expect those two players to score more than a defender? regardless of the teams they're at

So was Carragher, and he scored 4 league goals in his career.

And Kompany has 4 this season so before today he was level with Skrtel

Always nice to see Spurs getting beat. Couple of coll finishes.

Before the match, on whether to take Rodriguez or Lambert, a couple of them said Lambert because he's a goal scorer. Think you'll find Rodriguez has more goals.

Ah bugger, typing that and Eriksen scores. Like Eriksen though.

well Rooney, Welbeck and Sturridge are all definitely going so it depends how many you want to take out of Rodriguez, Lambert or Carroll i guess. Can only see there being room for maybe one of them

I would take Rooney, Welbeck, Sturridge, Rodriguez and Lambert. It's a good group of attackers who can fill multiple roles. I'd use Rooney as a #10 and if I did start with Welbeck it'd probably be on the left wing.

Think he means at Arsenal.

No, I meant with England.

I'd take Carroll over Lambert - offers a lot more.
