FM14 - Susie On Tour #1: S.L. Benfica

He is currently on £60k per week. I had a large amount of transfer money left so just paid him a load of Loyalty bonus and agent fees I think.

I finished my second season this morning before going out for the day. Will sit down after I have food and work out the final points tally. I ended up third in the league this season though, so not going to be troubling the top of the challenge leader board I am afraid.

I'm going to try and complete my season tonight, I've currently got seven league games left and a cup final to play.

Noticed Belenenses got relegated 1st season so losing 6 potential points

Yeah same for me now in the 3rd season.

They went down first season for me, so no wins over them second season.

So I got one win over FC Porto which is 5. 1 win against Sporting which is 5. Third in league is 10 points, league cup losing Semi finalist is worth 5 and will update after I have played the Cup final against FC Porto. An exit in the first KO round gets me 5 points.

So all in all, before factoring in the last fixture I have gained 30 points this season. I make that 105 in total so far before the last fixture to come.

They're currently bottom on my save, six games to go and seven points adrift.

Its only 3 against them. The 5 is for Lisbon & Porto

Got through to the Knockout Round of the Champions League, only to be drawn against the previous year winners Dortmund. Oh well, 5 points is alright!

I got drawn against Basel in the 1st Knockout Round of the Champions League, but was disappointed not to progress. If only Cardozo hadn't got injured for 5 months.

Think I could be out after 2 seasons. Lost the final, slammed the ref in the press conference which led to a touchline ban and then had a massive disagreement with the board about holding a trial day. I have leaked it to the press about our clash, and been summoned to a meeting. If I go, I might still end up sacked. If I refuse to attend I definitely end up sacked. Weighing up my options now as to whether I drop out or not. Board seem to block everything I ask for.

All 3 where amazing this year. Barbosa got 12 goals, Januzaj picked up young player of the year with 9 goals and 13 assists and Menez got 13 goals and 10 assists.

Got quite a bit of debt now so may have to sell a few of my bigger players and rely on loans like Adnan again.

A good final season (in terms of this challenge), with some great wins over Porto & Sporting. Nearly went unbeaten in the league aside from a minor slip-up v Braga where we conceded 2 late goals. A bit disappointing to miss out on the Taca de Portugal again, a poor 1-0 defeat to Gil Vicente. Managed to win the League Cup this season again, despite last year's loss in the final. We made hard work of it though, we were 3-0 up after 25 minutes and somehow allowed them to get back in the game and bring it back to 3-3, but Lazar Markovic scored a sublime sudden-death penalty to win the cup. The Champions League was again ended a bit prematurely, but we gave it a good go! A thrilling 4-4 draw at home meant we pretty much had to win in Dortmund as away-goals was now extremely unfavourable towards us. We played well in the 2nd leg and went ahead early on, but despite me going a bit defensive 2nd half (maybe too defensive), Dortmund nicked a goal in the 76th minute which meant we were going out on away goals. We had a few late chances but it wasn't to be.

All-in-all a great 3 season haul of three League titles, two League cups, a Taca de Portugal and two Supertaca wins.

The worst match I've ever played on FM14, and that's with some distance too.

Total points scored was 58. I also made a mistake in the first seasons scores, instead of 57 it should be 53.

So, new points total is 111.

My first season went fairly well even though we missed out on the league, we collected two cups as well as a few derby wins.


I make that 11 points from rival games.

Second placed in the league gets me 15 points.

Of course that meant we dropped into the Europa League;

Hoping to get my second season finished either tonight or tomorrow night! Been another woeful Champions League season, knocked out the CL First KO round for the second season running! All systems go in a tight league season though!

Completely undeserved but I couldn't care less.

This is an awesome challenge, very tempted to jump on it despite there being only 7 days left to do it and all whilst I have 5 essays due in for Uni. Oh that and I still need to buy FM14 as im still on 13.

Might just wait til the next leg even if it leaves me behind. It looks well fun regardless.
