Just on this point (I haven't been sacked myself) but when you've been sacked I know you get -25 point, but do you still get points from beating your rivals (if you did) etc?

Do we get any points for winning/losing the equivalent of the Community shield or is viewed as nothing worth winning?

Im wondering the same. Just coming up to it now. Im assuming it also counts as a competitive fixture as I'm playing Lisbon so would get 5 points for that

I wouldn't count it personally as is it not a "glorified friendly" game? It's up to Cymro though.

Transfers and Goals:
Two signings this summer, I felt 'attack is the best form of defence' and we battled through that. Spending twelve million on Maxi Biancucchi and Osvaldo. Cardozo was brilliant up top this season, netting forty goals in forty two stars. Osvaldo netted twenty one goals in forty games whilst Biancucchi and Djuricic both netted sixteen goals each. Finally Rodrigo only made three stars and twelve substitute appearances but netted eight times.

Probably a slightly tougher group than last year, but I was a bit unlucky last season.
Also, I won the Community Shield (Supertaca I think) against Sporting. Does that not count as a competitive fixture or cup win?

EDIT: Oh we were so unlucky. Were beating Spurs 3-0 in the 88th minute when their defender scores a ridiculous header from the edge of the box and we win 3-1, but go out 4-3 on agg. Gutted!

Nowhere near as good as the first season. A poor start to the season, but eventually managed to go through a good 10-match win streak for a bit of breathing space at the top. A minor blip towards the end but ultimately just did enough. Very poor in the Taca de Portugal, and a disappointing Final loss to Porto in the League Cup. Did better in Europe this time, and very nearly took Spurs to extra-time, however fell short to a late goal. Spurs got romped 9-1 on aggregate in the next round by Dortmund, so a bit of justice there.

Champions League: Qualified in 1st from Group E, KO by Tottenham (0-3,3-1, 4-3 agg) in Knockout Round.

Anyway, I'm out of the Europa League after an away goals defeat to Juventus, not too bad since I was missing both first choice central defenders due to suspension, conceded the away goal in the 92nd minute too. Boo.
