I wonder how long he has to go through all this. They're spending so much time on just WhatsApp messages. I don't know, if it was me and I had killed her on purpose I'd just get the trial over with by now. I mean, he's going to kill himself by the end of this year, guilty or not. There's nothing he can do after this, he can't go back to sport, he's poison when it comes to being a media figure, he can't work in a factory... he's fucked. This is in reference to a time in January where he a gun shot went off in a restaurant. Pistorius told his mate to take the blame so they go the mate into the court to testify and he testified that Pistorius was holding the gun when it went off. Then an expert testified that it is physically impossible for the gun to discharge without someone pulling the trigger. Pistorius is claiming he didn't pull the trigger, trying to say it was misfire.

That whole thing is a political answer. Nel was saying "Did you fire the gun on purpose?" and OP was just refusing to give a yes or no, saying it was accident and the shock of the intruder caused him to fire the gun. Four times. Accidentally. It's mental.

Did you see the Jeremy Thompson/Martin Hood interview during the recess? I'm parahrasing, but Hood basically feels said this is a landmark case and the prosecution is slowly dismantling his entire defence. He seemed very convinced Pistorius will be convicted, and I don't disagree with him.
