Should have been all over in the first, we did well to come back but wasted too many chances. That said Clattenburg had a shocking match and the result probably would have been a lot different if he'd had a better match.

Neah, his attitude was more like "we can do it" not "we already won it"... plus great motivating from the captain, you could clearly see how he drives him team mates

Well obviously the win had something to do with it but its hardly a massive stretch to say he got emotional after beating our main challengers given the occasion

Lucky, but I couldn't really care less at this stage. Liverpool v Chelsea and City v Everton are two huge games now.

Chelsea have us inbetween the Atlético games as well/

It did seem like playing him when he sounded unfit would be a bit of a risk, and one that has backfired spectacular.

I missed the first 20-odd minutes of the second half but that Skrtel handball at the end was a ridiculous one both in terms of it happening and the fact only the cameras spotted it. But I daresay the upshot of all of it is that Liverpool are now the favourites.

Makes it interesting if Norwich win next Sunday.

It wasn't really a fitness issue though. Pretty much all of his mistakes were the result of poor decisions/lapses in concentration, the last two in particular.
