logos, kits and facepacks

Hi i don't know if anyone can help, but this past week since I have gotten my new laptop and transferred everything over to it I have lost the logos and the kits I had and now I am having trouble downloading them along with facepacks I have tried various websites to download from including this one and I have paid for membership here to get them as well, I have reloaded my skin after I have downloaded and put in to the correct files but for some reason these are not showing can I have some advice please on how to sort this thanks

It's not clear whether you've actually managed to download the files or not

If you haven't, then please explain what's stopping you. Is the site down? Are the downloads not completing? Etc

If you have managed to download it/them, then please list what files you've managed to download and where you have placed them. Ideally, it would be best to provide some screenshots of the location that they've been placed it so that we may be able to find what is wrong.

As an aside, please try using some punctuation occasionally so that your point comes through more clearly...

Well im thinking the downloads are not finishing, they have been placed in there respective graphics files in the football manager folder, and it has says i have downloaded them, and the files are there but not showing up, think they may not have finished

Surely you can tell if a download is finished or not

If it isn't, then be patient and just let it finish.

If it is finished, then tell us which files you've download, which versions and where you've placed them. Ideally with screenshots. If you're going to be so vague, then I can't really know how to help you.

Well I'm trying to screenshot but it won't screenshot unless it's just f12 but i have tried fn and f12 and won't screenshot but i can tell you the folders they are in sports interactive, football manager, faces for facepacks, logos for the logo packs and kits for kit packs, and it said there was 2 hrs left and then all of a sudden it said it was done so cant be done that quick

Try pressing print screen on your keyboard and pasting the result in Paint.

It doesn't seem like the files are fully downloading. Besides, are you extracting them using winrar?

Yes, you need to download win rar to extract the download, then place them to My Documents - Sports Interactive - Football Manager 2014 - graphics, if you don't already have a graphics folder then you'll need to make one.

If you have them downloaded but your save game is loaded then you need to go into Preferences and then click the Reload Skin button and that should work.

First of all, make sure that the files download fully.

Secondly, you need to extract the files using winrar and then move them into the correct location as otherwise the game won't be able to read the compressed files.
