Ok, you are using Photoshop then. One can use the transparency action to change the Photosop background colour setting. Its also possible to add a layer behind the player pic and then fill it with a solid colour to achieve similar effect.

Layers are an essential part of working with the program, so if you want to become a more effective cutter, you should look them up. There are good tutorial videos on Youtube about layers, adjustment layers and layer masks. With adjustment layers you can change image contrast, saturation etc. without changing the actual picture, and the adjustments can be re-adjusted or removed at any point. With layer masks you can focus adjustment layers to only those points on the image you want, and more importantly the cutting itself can be done by using a mask (this way you can always easily bring back anything that was cut away).

Superb pack mate for a team which badly needed it. Wonder if the cuts done by HZKTO were uids:5008069, 5101871, 5207960, 8440126 and 34001314....as they are West Brom players! Not complaining, far from it, hope this means a West brom pack is due soon! :-)

Is a shame yeah, a few of their images good couple of years old so was hoping someone could get some new ones as was thinking of going them in FM 15 as they signed big Samaras! lol. Excellent images mate, hope you get more Premier League teams going if possible.
