We eat fairly well at home, do a nice meal like cottage pie or something every night. It's expensive days out where we go to one of the multiple major city's that are all within 20 miles or so and rack up a coue hundred pounds worth of impulse shopping on clothes, DVDs etc followed by a restaurant meal afterwards.
Also taking a packed lunches to work instead of buying a meal deal at boots everyday has saved almost £140 and doing a weekly shop with a proper list rather than walking around the super market and buying everything that looks tasty has cut back a fair bit.

True. Me and the wife did a months menu a few times, then did a list based of that for a big monthly shop for store cupboard stuff/meat. Obviously we still had to buy perishables, but saved loads of money. Just laziness that stopped us doing it. Its hard to find time and motivation when you have a kid and your only time to sit down/cook etc is between 8pm-bedtime.

It's a shame no one misses you on here though.

So tonight I'll be at the Kingspan Stadium cheering on Ulster in a hope that they annihilate Edinburgh tonight. Can guarantee I will get a soaking as it's supposed to rain tonight ffs.

Started my uni work placement at this indoor futsal place, so much better than my current job, hoping to get something there after the placement.

Just had some pretty awesome news, going to be flying out to Barcelona at the end of the month to work with Specialised as their photographer for a ride they're doing from Barcelona to Valencia, going to be bloody nerve racking because two of the people on the ride are probably the best pro cycling photographers

I would say Tinder, but the chances of a basement dweller getting a match is slim to none, so its pointless.

Yeah they're a nice couple so it'll be great to work with them

Cheers mate, yeah was all sorted in the end, got a written warning. Turns out my boss is in the shit for something or other as well so that probably worked in my favour.

Anyone want to book a holiday?

1) Why
2) Some of them should not be wearing them dresses
3) They could have got a pilot suit that fits
4) Was that a man in a dress that did the flip

Guard duty in camp tomorrow - 2 hours of patrolling, followed by 4 hours of resting, for 24 hours.

Great way to use my Sunday

I start my week long driving crash course (perhaps not the best name for it) next week with my test on Saturday, I'm a bit apprehensive as I haven't had a lesson in almost a year after my knee began giving me trouble again my dislocating all the time. I was doing ok before that, how easy is it to pick straight back up?

Driving's a piece of piss, changing gear and steering and shit, you'll get that no worries. How well you pick up driving is another matter, like not crashing through the old granny going over the zebra crossing you didn't notice...

As an aside, I think I've got a wisdom tooth coming through and it fucking kills, been coming through for a couple of months but only started hurting last Thursday, been eating painkillers like sweets since yesterday and I've got an emergency dentists booked for tomorrow.

Anyone know if you can split an ethernet cable into two? I have one going into my room, but need to split it into two so I can plug into my xbox and my set up box. Or any other ideas (other than two cables..)
