This file will need to be re-applied if/when patches/updates are released to ensure full compatibility. This is due to the fact that some files which are removed when installing this file are automatically re-installed by Steam when official patches come out.
The sortitoutsi real names fix changes the instances of fake names in Football Manager 15 to the proper, real life names for awards, cities, stadiums and competitions, in cases where the actual name is not licensed. It will also fix the fact that the German National team doesn't call up real players. These are fully save-game compatible.
There is also a club name changes file, which changes the names of clubs in a way which ensures that any nicknames entered in the default database are retained. This file includes the proper names for German, Italian and French clubs to circumvent licensing restrictions. It also adds real-life media and journalists, with 26 media files added to encompass all major footballing nations and continents. Finally, it includes a small file which corrects the 3-Letter competition names to correspond with any changes made in the lnc files. For all these files to work, however, you will need to start a new game.
Magrippinho very helpfully created a YouTube video on how this file should be installed. Some of the contents are different - but the procedure is identical, although of course you use the equivalent folder for FM15.
Or, you can follow the below instructions to install v2.0 of this file (if you are installing a previous version please use the 1500 folder instead of the 1530 folder:

Step 3: Copy the edt and lnc folder from this download into the folder mentioned in step 1.
Step 4: Go to:

Step 7: Paste the circled folder directly into the folder mentioned in step 5.
Step 8: This should be what your editor data folder looks like. There may also be a config.xml file in this folder and can be safely retained; it is generated by FM every time the game starts.
To make sure the files have been applied correctly, go to the Champions Cup and EURO Vase in your saved game, and they should be renamed to Champions League and Europa League respectively. If you are in the middle of a save-game, German national teams will be populated in the next instance that players are called up, and not instantly. Club names (including the German ones) are only changed if you apply the editor data files before starting a new game. For a workaround if you've already started a new save-game, then please read the opening post of this thread.

The "Czech First Division Best Foreigner" is renamed "Synot Liga Čizí Fotbalista roku". That is a typo. It's "Cizí", not "Čizí". And also (I don't know if you care about this), Czech and Slovak languages don't capitalize every first letter in names, so a more precise name would be "Synot liga Cizí fotbalista roku"

Open your lnc folder. There should only be the 3 lnc files from this download. If there are two folders named all and greek, delete them. That should solve the issue.
Also, please define which team names you are categorising as strange...

I've a difficulty to use correctly your folders kit.
It works when I create a new game. But, when I stop and I start the game saved again to continue my career, all the German, French and Italian clubs names (and "Red Star Belgrad" club too !) come back to their old versions.
I've re-applied the last version of your work and I have deleted the two folders "all" and "greek" recently added by Steam, but it doesn't solve my problem.
I have a legal version of FM 2015.

For some reason, as of this year, there is a difference in how the club names are displayed in the club overview screen and the player squad screen. Can you upload a screenshot of both please?
Portuguese club names are severely restricting for editing due to licensing reasons so there's not much more I can do for the time being, I'm afraid.
Open the edt folder - is there a file named fake in there? If yes, then delete it.

Club name changes cannot be applied after a save game has been started. There is a workaround for this in the opening post of this thread,

Nothing with fake in it, there is something called forbidden names in the edt folder.

Keep in mind that the way names are displayed was changed in FM15 by SI and that's exactly how it is supposed to look like - I don't see much wrong there tbh...
The forbidden names file was made by SI to ensure that names such as Adolf Hitler, Benito Mussolini etc etc are not possible in the game - nothing to do with this problem
I'm afraid I don't know what's wrong - could you upload a screenshot of your edt and lnc folders?

Take a screenshot of either folder by pressing alt+ print screen on your keyboard, opening paint then pasting the resulting image. Upload that image to any of photobucket/tinypic/localhostr/imghost then post the resulting link here...

I've already read the opening post of this thread before, but, I suppose that my problem is not connected with that.
It works when I start a new game. But, when I quit and I reopen it, it doesn't work any more for the clubs I've mentioned before (French, German, Italian clubs, Columbus, Red Star Belgrad...). But, on the other side, for the others clubs, it's OK : the names have been well fixed...

You start a new game (Save Game A). Upon starting it, the names are correct and as changed by this download. You save, exit the game and reload Save Game A. This time the names are not correct.

Did you apply this download after starting a new game? If yes, there's a workaround in the first post.
Have you edited the lnc files yourself or downloaded any other editor data files?
Everything's fine in my game and you're the first to report the issue, which leads me to think it's something at your end.
