Remaining In Czech Republic - 13th June 2055

After just two weeks out of work I've made an immediate return to management and it was also remaining in Czech Republic as I try to wrap up the country in just two months. All I required was one trophy here now, the second division and I felt I already had the perfect job lined up for the move.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/p31IUxWy6tjankpQQXsrYWVvowO5SGLF6KToMMya.png

Pribram, for anyone who has noticed, they were in my division last season but finished rock bottom, finishing bottom and being relegate at that. So with their manager kicked from the job, I now applied and then was approached, a transfer budget and small wage budget available, bring on the next trip!

Pribram - Pre Season 2055

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/8sq7gW9NrAd94J2yyU7lwqhPl9J3jMRLWZslD1lV.png

Once again I've managed to keep the majority of the team that we had last season which means I've not had to make any work of the transfer window, keeping the original squad together and I felt I didn't need to strengthen. So this will be a quick pre season post simply stating the squad we have now as well as the few friendlies we played.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/C2g7ggw5WtEf6aAokL3Qal7GOUURAgj3RHyDXy87.png

Squad speaks for itself, as I said up there ^ we have managed to keep the majority of the squad so most of the ratings speak for themselves, the club were only just relegated last season and I believe it came down to the last couple of games so I'm hoping it can happen this year and we can fight for the top spot. I'm expecting Hanousek to lead us from the front.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/rPZXeI7UOFfjzXCVaxtaVW9SzeccRjZZ4QQaM5uO.png

Assistant set up next to no friendlies, we performed poorly, winning one of three.

Well the season is here and started, its not quite started as I wished, I'm struggling to find motivation to play here but I will try and continue to play through to complete more of this challenge. Admittedly I'm realising I won't complete this challenge but must be enjoying it at the same time, anyway, the opening month of the season...

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/5u3CGhsRQIi8uebeMglCx5wySDcVwxEiFv8D6IB6.png

Two advances on the Pohar Ceske Posty as we beat Orlova and the Artima in the first and the second round respectively, we'll face my former employers in the third round. The league season hasn't quite started how I hoped but we do have a couple victories on the board, two defeats, losing out against Usti nad Labem and the Ceske Budejovice. We drew with Znojmo whilst we beat Zim and Chmel Bisnay both three goals to nil.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/Xitc2JaCOnUXxnh1KLaDFBMI1zOQmZD0NpAXb92G.png

Not too much to take from here, early days in the league having played just five games but we need to improve early days if we are going to return to the top tier next season as I require!

A poor, slow start to the league season has cost us dearly and sees us heavily trailing the league leaders already. But maybe this month we can turn things around and start to challenge for the promotion spot which is where we should be competing, I've already survived one scare of a board meeting here.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/flqk0JAMvj8IjIQl5CiOoWMiUfTMRq8uIHLzcUbf.png

Just one win through September, two draws and an exit in the cup which was expected I guess. Sparta Praha beat us at home and comfortably, the former employers of mine were far better despite us taking the lead. We then beat Pardubice one nil before we drew our final two games of the month one a piece against Opava and the Most.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/JFkJLLpwTp8pBSUkWRP2Mmq2SPsHBFdMcKMrS6sJ.png

Fifth place and already eight points off the top spot as well as being five points off the promotion spot. We really are struggling to get going this season, struggling to score, keep clean sheets, struggling all over the place!

So last month saw us pick up a few points and just one defeat throughout which was expectedly in the cup! But instead of winning we are beginning to draw way too many games, its not been great this far but I was hoping we could begin to claw it back and try to sort things out, start to move up the table.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/DwP9AspcMEhft9kKhPuZBB7p1vrqji7ZXA620q6T.png

The run of draws continued, we went five draws in a row in fact after the two last month we went on to draw one a piece with Jihlava, a goalless draw with HFK Olomouc before we drew two a piece with Trinec, nothing short before we finally won, beating Frydek-Mistek two one. But things ended badly as we slipped to a massive five one defeat at Kladno who are struggling in the league.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/9UJ388KaD6jAhA5pIQj45E0t9srk3J0aPH0r5SnW.png

What!? After a second board meeting, I was thrown out on my feet again! The club have sacked me after another meeting about our poor position, we were sat down in ninth in the league and after just one hundred and forty six days in charge, I've been dismissed! I've now been sacked from three of the my last six jobs! Times are getting tough!

An English Challenge - 4th December 2055

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/S7UlUn9y3ZjHFI6eC0TdlpuQQKbyMmkRlvXf4El9.png

If I'm honest, the constant job jumping for this challenge is beginning to get a little annoying and I can't motivate it all the time, now I hope I've found a job that can keep me interested and a lengthy spell to turn this English club around. Its not a big club and they've had near to no success over the last fifty years, in fact, since I started this career, they've only won one trophy, time to change this.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/U3Be61Kqq30jAgs2yrTFrOGrkadFZ7cyx77aeIqW.png

Welcome to West Ham United! Not one of the biggest clubs I've been at of course, but a fun challenge turning them around I'm hoping. West Ham are still playing in the Barclays Premier League, I'll show you their league position very shortly. The contract saw a small transfer and wage budget left available, but little I feel I can do at this time, the board want a mid table finish whilst I try and influence with a direct yet defensive football set up.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/B0PdLBmCnrr0JnZXOOfhxz30hKOHhzPqIyk2ooMU.png

West Ham are struggling in the league this season sitting down in fifteenth with the board expecting a mid table finish and the media predicting us to finish ninth place so there is plenty of room for an improvement among the squad. The leagues tight, and after thirteen games it hopefully won't be too long to turn the clubs fortunes around and try to force a top ten finish. As you can see the clubs league history over the past twenty seasons or so. Two relegations, two promotions, the highest the club have finished is up in sixth back in 2041.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/T9wmDnnsSoBCIz6sIIXmTJ7uFja6tnAI9u2GsjYw.png

A big squad here and if I'm honest, there are some top quality players here and I'm hoping I can help to get the best out of the squad and really press them on. A couple players with bright futures as well which I will try and bring through here and maybe increase my working with youngsters statistic. The big players in the team appear to be these four: Abdelaziz Benali, Luis Gonzalez, Raf De Boeck and Jose Vicente Llor. I'm also hopeful of these five players having a bright future: Ens Ozturk, Matija Jokic, Mustapha Arkine, Robert Parrow and Razvan Micu. As always, if you wish to see any other players screenshots let me know.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/Jqxe1Mc1qTbkcWm7gtQip9oilKLEHKYGi11bviQo.png

Finances really are far from being on track! They had a tycoon takeover in the talks at one point a few seasons ago but that clearly hasn't gone through as the balance is heavily in the red with the club currently minus six point one million pounds. We do have one and a half million pounds to spend on transfers and just under one hundred and fifty thousand pounds left for the wages.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/yJnYZzfr8sUhCpmkIzyitpomqbfhWonpgirHxhgC.png

As I said, the clubs really struggled in all competitions over the course of this lengthy career and now have just one trophy to their name since the start of this. That was surprisingly the Europa League title back in 2031 and they also finished runners up in 2042. They went on to be the runners up of the Super Cup in 2031 as well. But with little trophy history, someone needs to try and change this, hopefully I'm that person.

West Ham United - December 2055

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/B9s0degHLwRD8VT2RFkFAmhhow9Bl3YT4NpEai8v.png

Straight into competitive action and work for me as I joined West Ham, I had a game the same day as I joined so I was hoping it could be made an especially good day if I could secure a win on the opening day of my job. I know its only been a month but I'm definitely enjoying being back in England and at West Ham where there is a little bit of a challenge for myself. A busy month awaited, could I improve the squad from the start of my reign...

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/U8nidcHHmc9BI8vxnucUJGrTvKDdh9m5AkozS9AX.png

It all started so well, it did blip out a little nearer the end of the month but for a club that is expected to finish mid table I definitely think we've started the reign very well. Three wins in a row, we ended up picking up four wins and a draw from my opening seven games in charge with two defeats, advancing in the Capital One Cup was massive as well.

My opening day of the job saw us take a trip to Barnsley and grab a superb three two victory. We raced into a two goal lead in the opening ten minutes, Devos and Roux both netting, the latter from the spot. Barnsley netted either side of the break to draw level before Llor struck eighteen mintues from time to secure a winning start.

Another away day, another three points, we beat West Brom comfortably here four one. Pace and Warson netted in the opening eighteen minutes, but this was nothing, we were four nil up at the break as Nasibulin and De Boeck also netted for us. We conceded a second half goal but were never going to lose this.

Three wins for me on the bounce, three away from home and a second four one win on the bounce as we travelled to Crystal Palace in this Capital One Cup Quarter Final. We did go behind in ten minutes before Llor levelled nine minutes later, it was all square at the break. Second half Ruiz struck a brace with Devos netting in between them to send us into the Semi Final...

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/ofYvHKhzlWPbvUw6PZMLRZ1uJSCZVP6z1C8kkFTv.png

Possibly the perfect draw with us, I still know it won't be easy to come through a Semi Final tie against Southampton but with them now being a League One side I'm more than happy with the tie. Manchester City will face current Capital One Cup holders Arsenal in the other tie of the round, role on the New Year!

Back to league action I faced my first home game, welcoming Brighton where we drew one a piece. Devos sent us in the lead a minute into injury time of the first half. We conceded almost immediately after the break, both sides had chances in the second half but neither stole all the point.

My first defeat came with a trip to Newcastle where we lost out three two. We were one down inside a minute and then struggled from then on. Two down at the break before De Boeck pulled one back, we pressed on but conceded a penalty five minutes from time before Ruiz then netted a spot kick for us as we lost out three two.

Welcoming Arsenal we shocked the Capital One Cup holders with a two one win in the league here. Devos fired us into a twenty one minute two goal lead as he took both very well. Second half Arsenal pressed on but failed to equalise.

We ended the month with a big three one defeat against Manchester United but it was to be expected, Thiry netted our only goal of the game coming two minutes into injury time.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/RbSr6r6xqiyxY43tcrJdmuAmkApftXBy5XZH7kzZ.png

A slight improvement in the league position thats for sure. We are up to twelfth, still a little short from the expected board and media predictions but a good start as we now sit at the halfway point into the league season. Nineteen league games played, nineteen league games to go. Just two points outside the top ten and eight points outside a Europa League spot (sixth) in the league.

West Ham United - January 2056

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/B9s0degHLwRD8VT2RFkFAmhhow9Bl3YT4NpEai8v.png

Admittedly its been a fairly strong start to my reign here at West Ham United, of course it could of been slightly better but we are fairing well and beginning to climb up the table and compete where the media and board are expecting us to be. With the New Year rolling in I haven't brought in any faces, a couple lesser players left but would this affect our form at all, morale is genuinely quite high in camp as we faced a handful of league games as well as fixtures in the Capital One Cup and the FA Cup.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/12TY1eexNpF2YtSRSvvQZvWZRNHicQCVOYPkZbiA.png

An unbeaten start to the New Year, 2056 has seen us fly out the blocks and the run continues in both the league and Capital One Cup whilst our FA Cup hunt also begins here and now. Three wins and a draw in the league, unfortunately we dropped points against Brentford whilst we drew and won a gme in the Capital One Cup Semi Finals and won in the FA Cup.

First off a trip to Preston on New Years day and we strolled to a massive four nil win. Ruiz netted after fourteen minutes with an own goal a minute later sending us two up. There was a brace for De Boeck, one in either half to help us get across the line and secure all the points.

Back to back four nil wins as we travelled to Notts County in the FA Cup Third Round. Devos netted in the twenty seventh minute with De Boeck making it two nil before the break. Second half there were second goals for both Devos and De Boeck as they both secured braces and we secured a spot in the Fourth Round.

The goals continued to come as we battled to a massive five one win over Burnley at home in the premier League. De Boeck netting again with goals from Devos, Sargent and an own goal before the break whilst Benali struck our fifth just five minutes from time. Burnley netted their consolation during the second half.

A third clean sheet in four games came as we travelled to Cardiff and won three nil. All three of our goals came in the opening twenty three minutes as De Boeck, Watson and Devos all netted for us.

Capital One Cup action saw us travel to League One side Southampton in the Semi Final. We got off to a strong start through De Boeck netting after three minutes, we trailed two one at the break however. But came back with goals from Thiry and then Barnali as we secured an important away win in the first leg.

More cup action, this time the FA Cup as we travelled to QPR in the fourth round and won three one. Two goals in three minutes saw us lead two nil in the opening nineteen minutes as Boulainine and Devos both netted. QPR netted in the second half before Thiry put it beyond doubt netting four minutes into injury time.

Back to Capital One Cup action we welcomed Southampton and for the first time of the New Year failed to grab all the points, we led three two from the first leg and narrowly avoided extra time. We trailed till the eighty seventh minute where Hurley netted a spot kick three minutes from time, sending us into the Final.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/lJ7MSRLQbIlSmAPhPNMUbBFClHUxnhaS7ZeNrHfg.png

Well, we are in the Capital One Cup Final, I don't hold much hope of winning the competition though as we are coming up against third placed side Manchester City. They'll definitely be up for the cup tie but I'm hoping we give what we've got and perform the best we can. I still require the Capital One Cup on my trophy list after losing the Final with Liverpool back some years ago now.

We ended the month with a boring, goalless draw with Brentford away from home.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/h6oSzlHcARq0dYe4ha19vmtkSqyRmkbpL0lDTNHP.png

The rise up the league table continues as we move up to tenth in the league and really in contention for a top ten finish now should we continue this kind of form now. Just a point away from our media predicted finish and ten points off the sixth place finish to get into the Europa League, not that I'm expecting that, but its nice to have an ambitious target!

West Ham United - February 2056

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/B9s0degHLwRD8VT2RFkFAmhhow9Bl3YT4NpEai8v.png

Into February and after a supebr unbeaten January the form and morale was top of our thoughts, I was hoping we could go on and extend this run into February and beyond. We were in the Capital One Cup Final against Man City, a trip to Wembley awaited at the end of the month but first an FA Cup game and several league games lay in our path..

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/Ym7idm0vXGwjZpZ4OZk5nzGYAh6ICKSuhoZj7Eza.png

What an awful turn of form this has been, however maybe an expected one as we faced some big teams and lost out as expected. One league win, two defeats and a draw, we also crashed out the FA Cup in the Fifth Round, defeat away at Chelsea. We finished the month with my second ever Capital One Cup Final.

A home game to kick off the month, welcoming Ipswich and winning three one. Sargent netted after ten minutes with Benali making it two nil in twenty seven minutes. We conceded one just after the break whilst Thiry made it three one eleven minutes from the end.

A trip to Manchester City for our first of two clashes against them this month saw us lose out two nil here, poor showing.

We welcomed Tottenham in the London derby where we grabbed a draw. Ruiz netted after twenty eight minutes but with Spurs equalising before the break I feared defeat. We managed to hold on, some how.

An expected FA Cup exit. We travelled to Chelsea and lost out two nil.

Then a two nil league defeat at Sunderland, we were very poor here and couldn't find the net.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/3Tk1WT9ond8EpUUzdU5E3R3gIMjqmPEDcFXSSQFr.png

The league table looks like this, our position has taken a little hit but expectedly so, we have plenty of games in hand to claw it back thats for sure. We currently sit down in thirteenth place but have up to three games in hand over some of the teams ahead, win all three and we could move all the way up to seventh place, but I'm not expecting that, I just want a top ten finish!

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/Uwlk3x9f5mymyE2bcGA5zZNrZvx67VbamRMt8wt9.png

Dammit! So close, I've now featured in two Capital One Cup Finals and lost two! We gave a great fight here against Manchester City but finished runners up. City got off on the quickest foot as Ramirez struck three minutes into the game to send them ahead. Ruiz levelled in the fourteenth minute as we kept City in sight. The giants then took the lead eight minutes before the break through Stuparu but Bradley Hurley' equaliser cut out Manchester City' lead almost immediately. And Manchester City went on to win the tie when Ionut Stuparu struck his second of the game, winning it thirteen minutes from time.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/fokFPTuHS5U8Ktfm1NmhkqmbSh1nOtxQdtBW8Wp0.png

I don't think I've shown any of my youth intakes over the years I've been managing the clubs but now I've decided I want to stay at West Ham for a while here is ours for the year. Just one real shine out player and that was attacking midfielder come striker Ben Bernard who could most definitely be one to watch in the future.

West Ham United - March 2056

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/B9s0degHLwRD8VT2RFkFAmhhow9Bl3YT4NpEai8v.png

March was here and we needed to improve from what was already a turning point last month. Our form was awful throughout February and we really struggled to get going however as we lost the Capital One Cup Final to City I was hoping we could go on and power our cup final misery behind us, it was set to be a short month anyway...

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/oBYfVL1mjNPWFaGh6We0yqlrznVvwSVcuMdPUJ0W.png

Three matches played, three games won which is superb for us, the first two games we were expected to win and we did, the third one against QPR saw us hold our own very well to win and record a perfect month for us.

We travelled to Charlton to kick start the month, the host took the lead before Thiry netted a brace pushing us two up at the break. Second half Perrow made it three one to us, Charlton grabbed a second goal but mearly a consolation.

Our only home game in March saw us welcome Sheffield United where we won two one. Again coming back from one down as Thiry struck a minute before the break, levelling things up. Hurley went on to net the winning in the final minute of the game.

And then a two one win came away at Q.P.R as we recorded our third win on the bounce. Llor struck nine minutes before the break to send us ahead. Hurley made it two nil from the spot kick in the second half before we conceded.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/vvBOzFGXGk0PGDJ7CECqA8NUHJqejJzAeuzm9dRj.png

I think its one of the first times we've been up and beyond our predicted finish, really pressing on now to keep the board happy, we've turned the team around brilliantly sitting up in seventh place. A game in hand can see us cut the gap to sixth place Manchester United to just five points, I can't see us finishing much higher than this though. Both Burnley's and Preston's poor seasons have come to an end with relegation.

West Ham United - April + May 2056

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/B9s0degHLwRD8VT2RFkFAmhhow9Bl3YT4NpEai8v.png

Here is the final update of the league season, its been a great turn around since I took charge back in December and we are now competing in the top half of the table and really pushing to beat our media and board expected finish as well as having an outside chance of qualifying for European football, but how would we fair in a tough run in for our final eight games of the league season...

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/7PM3CTwY07p7fu9ZYH4SSwxbjUIthy4ueZthUhWu.png

Here is the busy looking run in, we faired very well in it in total as we faced eight games and went on to win three, draw three and lose just twice and that was with us facing Chelsea, Manchester United, Liverpool and Arsenal all in a row. We failed to keep a clean sheet throughout the last eight games but it wasn't important, I just wanted to finish inside the top ten..

We welcomed Barnsley in the opening game of April and just about battled to a two one victory. Ruiz netted twice in the first half to send us into the break two nil up. Second half we conceded one but held on.

However our luck ran dry as we welcomed West Brom and drew two all, normally I'd accept that but after we blew a two goal lead its a poor result. Llor netted in seventeen minutes with Watson making it two three minutes later. We conceded either side of the break though to lose the lead and settle for a point.

We battled very hard as we welcomed Chelsea and recorded a superb three two win. We trailed early on before Banali brought us level, seven minutes before the interval. We went two one up as Devos netted, he struck again sixteen minutes from time to secure the win despite a late Chelsea goal and rally.

Welcoming Man United we slipped to our first defeat in seven. We tried hard but couldn't steal anything. Devos with our goal.

Our last home game from a run of five and drew two a piece with Liverpool however it could of been better, again we conceded two after holding a two goal lead which Devos and Thiry netted.

Arsenal completely and utterly battered us at their place, four nil we had now answer.

A trip to European chasing Brighton saw us settled for another draw, Ruiz netting a spot kick for us after eight minutes, we've now failed to win in four.

We ended the season with a three one home win against Newcastle, a superb result. We went ahead through Benali eight minutes before the break with Devos making it two nil on the stroke of half time. We conceded one before Devos struck his second three minutes from time, putting us across the line.

We end up finishing seventh, a superb turn around from where we were back in December when I took charge. We've climbed the table and managed to finish up two places above the board and media expectations. Unfortunately we appear to have narrowly missed out on European football as Brighton reached the FA Cup final which sees them, finishing in eight, head into next years Europa League, however we may still have a chance as only two EL places are shown.

Player statistics for the end of the season. If you require any other screenshots then just ask. My youth players didn't get quite as much time as I had hoped for this season but I hope to give them a little more time next season. I look forward to facing my first summer transfer window with West Ham United however with the club in financial difficulty we need a massive improvement in finances soon.

I thought you would have been in the Europa League next season mate due to be runners-up in the LC? Looks like I was wrong though but nonetheless, a fantastic turn around and I'm looking forward to your first full season at the club.

What's it like playing the game with only regens left in the database? Your determination is fairly impressive to say the least. Keep it up.

News on that now Shedender, It turned out to be a great season indeed

Its interesting Jonas, great seeing some of the class regens coming through thats what makes me want to stay at one team for a while.

Thanks Mausicek however I honestly couldn't tell you the reasoning around the five English CL spots, it may have something to do with Liverpool winning the competition.
Thanks Johno, hopefully we can!

I wasn't expecting to Shedender, we battled well against City though!

Before the summer starts I have a tiny bit of news for you about the club, some good and some bad but either way we will work around it. The budgets have been announced for the season which gives me a real chance to change the squad for the first proper time this year.

Well the board have named their expectations and I feel a little hard done by, the finances aren't great at the club and after the board lumped twenty million to pump us back into the black they still reward our top seven finish without a single penny to spend on transfers, a little annoying!

We are in the Europa League this year! It appears our seventh place finish last season in the end did secure a spot in European competition this season! I look forward to it!

With Manchester City qualifying for Europe through their league position, it made sense for you to be in Europe due to being runners-up in the League Cup. No transfer budget? That's pretty crap but I'm sure you'll cope. Good luck this season fella.
