Had a race, guy in front of me went down and I ended up smashing into the wall, not sure whether I twisted the ankle or just banged it ridiculously hard. Hospitals a ball ache, I've had about 5 different answers, just hoping the tendon is not completely fucked cause thats months out.

Torn quad could possibly need surgery as well.

Have you not seen an orthopaedic specialist yet?

Tbf I could walk on it at first, only realised something was up after about 30 mins when my knee swelled as fuck and I couldn't bend it. Still waiting on an MRI, decided to go home as I really couldn't stand staying in the hospital, so waiting on them to call me in for one.

Being able to walk doesn't mean shit, I fractured my 5th metatarsal at 12 and could walk home initially.

He was talking about social housing and it is in part true. Everything else the slimy chinless pisshead said was a load of shit though.

Had my second knee reconstruction done on Tuesday. It's been pretty easy so far, not much pain, not much swelling or bruising. Had to change the dressings tonight so got a glimpse of the surgeons work and must admit it's a lot different to what I expected. The surgery usually takes about an hour, maybe 90 minutes, but mine took more than 3 hours as they had to remove the stuff from my last knee reconstruction and get the new graft from my patellar tendon.

Nah that's from the operation on Tuesday, took that picture about two hours ago.

Tore my cruciate again so second reconstruction.

Usually with a patellar tendon reconstruction you've one long incision, fuck knows why there's 3.

The ligament was fine, just re-tore it back in 2013 playing indoor so needed to be done again.

Finally got around to putting the cot together as well as some painting and decorating in the baby's room, still waiting for curtains, a storage unit and a rug I've ordered but I'm pretty pleased with my days work at the moment.

Neither, they are vinyl stickers. the place is rented so we can't really paint the place as we would like, so these were the best way to inject some colour.

Awesome, was looking at the Compact too, but I think the small gap in price is making me lean towards the Z3, purely for "longevity" (hopefully)

I couldn't imagine having a phone larger than the Compact, but I'm hardly a typical smartphone user.

The greatest thing about the Z3's is the battery life, it lasts forever when you don't use the screen.
