As with Dazza07, I don't have this image in my files, either.
I've searched in my megapack folder and in all the update packs I uploaded recently and it doesn't seem to have been added in any of them
Can you please upload the image perhaps?

Here he is in a new 15.3 game, and I have signed him in other saves for another club and the image appears. He has been in the megapack for a while, I'm pretty sure he was in when FM15 was launched, possibly before. I have no idea why that is the case, over to you for the technical answers! Having said that, if there is an issue, the new cut would probably be an improvement anyway over this one?

I guess that makes sense - but why can't Dazza see him if he checks in the actual game rather than on the search tool?
Anyway, as long as he stays in the game, and everybody can see him, all is good. I'm joking here, but if somebody wants to cut the missing image of his colleague Jermaine Hylton, who should be in one of the collected mix packs, that would be smashing too
