They all have a little bit of snow around their hair and there is some leftover from the background in each image. Those are not very big things to fix and your cuts are otherwise very good so keep doing the cuts and be sure to check the cuts on bright and dark backgrounds to see if they looks good. There's also a good tutorial about removing the snow in the tutorial thread, which I suggest you to read if you haven't already.
I'll fix the cuts for you and post a link in a moment. You can then compare them if you so wish.

Here's the fixed cuts. And as I said earlier, the cuts are actually rather good and it's only some minor things you need to improve there and you will be doing top quality cuts. The green snow around their hair was only visible on dark background as well as the leftovers of the backgrounds so I suppose you just didn't remember to check them on dark background.
