'Rafa Out' signs at Chelsea in his first game. Let's see the reaction of the media and fellow managers. Maybe Moyes will walk out if he's in attendance.....

I disliked the man as much as anyone when he was at Liverpool, but he's the manager for now, so how about some support for the team?

Fucking morons.

Dreadful game. We were equally shit. 0-0 probably a fair result.

That was awful.

Dzeko did nothing to disprove the super-sub tag either.

I'm glad I only watched the second half of that.

Sky/BPL should just have the NLD every week. Mad entertainment.

Sickening abuse. Like I said earlier, let's see whether their fans are slaughtered in the media. I'm guessing not, double standards and all that.

It was the minority, not the majority like it was at your lot. The two don't compare.

Very true actually. Kean had been here a year, not 3 days, by the time that infamous Bolton game came around.

(For the record, I've not got a problem with Chelsea fans doing that, they're the ones who pay their money. Just interested to see the media's reaction to a big London club doing it rather than a small club up north.)

A few fans with a stupid banner is different to the whole ground booing, chucking their season-tickets about and chanting for him to go.

Sky must have edited those bits out of the Chelsea game, big club bias innit.

That was after over a year of complete sh*t. If Rafa ruined Chelsea anything like Kean did here, do you think it would still be a minority with 'a stupid banner' in November 2013?

I don't either.

I don't think the booing was 'in the minority' today either, from all accounts it sounds like thousands of people were doing it.

I'm with BR here.

Chelsea fans have a right to be pissed off with Rafa's appointment, but they're not helping the situation by jumping on his back before he even has a chance to prove himself.

Blackburn had years of shite under Kean and were proved right when he took them down, I'd actually go as far to say that if Blackburn fans weren't on his back that would be a sign of them being poor fans. As they obviously wouldn't have cared about the club.

No but that would be after a year, so it's completely different. Why would the media give comparable coverage after one game with a less severe reaction. The media have been reporting that the Chelsea fans are not happy about Rafa being in charge and if they are going mad at the end of the season I'm sure they will make comment at that time.

I agree they have a right to be pissed off, but BR is complaining about the press reaction to the fans compared to when it was Blackburn.

If anything, if it got anything like it did with Kean/Blackburn it would get 10x more media coverage due to it being Chelsea.

This.

I couldn't care what he's said or who he's managed in the past, he's at Chelsea now and he should be backed. Even if it's only mutually.

Supporters don't have to like the man, just back the club and it's players.

Mario, the diving bastard

No sympathy for him there.

He's so obviously looking for a free kick, by virtue of the fact that he just passes the ball to Ashley Cole that I'm glad he didn't get anything.

Never a yellow card, mind.
