Nice! Do you take that trip every year or? I'm going to southern France, I think, after my exams next June, my uncle and a few friends go cycling there every year so I'm joining them this year. Really really looking forward to it already.

Yeah ive been doing Paris every year but doing even more next year, 3 stages of the Tour and then a few of the classics as well

Is he? I thought he's being pretty honest. Like he owned up to the bully part, which I thought he'd just brush under the carpet.

I mean the guy's been my idol and I've always hoped he hadn't so I might not be neutral, but I thought he's been reasonably honest.

He'll declare bankruptcy and that'll be that.

You'll probably find a lot of his assets have been transferred over to others over the years as well, his mum probably owns a lot of the property he'd have and I've also read that most sponsors of Armstrong might actually have a hard time getting the money back because despite him doping and all that they've made their profits back in the day when he was racing so no damage was really done to them.

Got a puncture on my back wheel.. So I bought a puncture kit today. Is that the best way to fix it?

It should be as long as it's not a huge hole in the innertube.

Depending on what caused the puncture you might need to replace the tyre as well. I had a piece of flint go through my front tyre and it made a proper cut in the tyre wall. Most punture should just make a hole that goes between the wires in the tyre, but if the wires get cut then the tyre is more prone to having things pierce through that hole again. Similar to how a needle through clothers doesn't really cause issues, but a bigger cut will make a noticable hole.

It's like a 15 minute job to take the tire off put a new inner tube in pop it back on and pump it up again, can get inner tubes for under a fiver, I couldn't find the puncture on the old inner tube haha.
