It states that it reflects real life player transfers/ movements
now I know the download has other things in it(but there is nothing to say on that main page what the actual file contents are) such as -
promotions/relegations
club changes balances etc
European club changes to reflect current situation
staff changes??
your update is great and appreciated but can I suggest that those changes be added to that link so everyone knows what is in it.
the transfer/loan is very comprehensive and anyone can search to see what has been done
my concern is that there is something in it that will cause an issue with things I have created in editor is there any players created etc and any ca/pa changes
if there has been any budget adjustments to clubs that can be a big issue for many users(but I am sure if changes have been put in separate folders then people can pick and choose what they use)

From my end, I have just downloaded it and extracted all the files into the editor data folder and all seems correct.

I'm not 100% sure, I am sure Jason will be able to let you know in more detail sorry. Presume it will be the removal of players, squad captains and some squad numbers.

Van persie's annual salary is € 20,000 per game fee € and 4.900.000.
Nani's annual salary is € 20,000 per game fee € and 3.500.000.
Fernandao's annual salary is € 5,000 per game fee € and 1.600.000.

The other important thing is Turkish Super League foreing players's rules is wrong.

Can't change the foreign player league rules that is hard coded into the game. You might want to go to the official forums and post that in there.
Also some players in the U21s is to do with their reputation and how the PC views them. Nothing we can do there I am afraid.

There is a mistake for CA Bastia football club with the relegation file.
CA Bastia are in National Not CFA

I've a question: in the DB there are the promotions and the relegations? 'cause i start the game but there are "only" the new trasnfers

If you have correctly put the files in the right place and selected them at the start of a new game. Then the correct promotions and relegation's will show.
