Rafael shouldn't have been taken off. He was isolated when Reading were attacking (as was Evra) and McAnuff dived for at least 1 of the two fouls that led to Rafael getting booked.

RVP 2nd should have counted, doubt much will be made of that though.

Such an odd game.
