Open your pre-game editor and check any of the UIDs included in the pack at random. Search your game to see if the person has been loaded and if his latest cut is displaying.

I don't like to set dates for releases of update packs. It's generally around a month after the previous release and/or when I have collected 2-3,000 images.
This facepack works for all versions of FM since FM13, so yes it works for FM15. Any images of players not in the FM16 database simply won't show...
