Don't you know we're living in Claudio Ranieri's FM save?

Is the fact I blacked out last night because he kept reloading his save for this game?

Every team in the top 4 should be embarrassed if Leicester win the League

None more so than Arsenal and mainly Arsene Wenger himself trotting out the financial distortion excuse for 10 years yet Leicester win it by spending less than we ever have and Wes Morgan in defence.

Dunno if you checked the table but we're second behind Leicester who are gonna come down with the Christmas decorations.

It's a two horse race between us and City, still think they will pip it.

I underestimated our ability to be perennial bottlers to be fair.

Although winning 6/7 games as soon as Coq got injured and we had Flamini starting all of them gave me a false sense of belief we could even do it with an utter liability in the side.

The worst thing is, if Leicester do win it, we can't even get rid of Arsene because all the fucking managers we could've got have fucked off somewhere else

Pep's contract ends the same time a Wenger's iirc, may be completely wrong though.

Firminio will be a tidy player once we have a decent playmaker, 6 goals in his last 5 games, not to shabby.

Nice to see the team supporting the fans in the 77th minute walkout

The guy doing the BBC Sport commentary genuinely just questioned what effect a load of the fans walking out had on the players, we were 2 up against Sunderland ffs, the stadium could have been empty and we still should have won that.

Still at least if we carry on with this form we won't have to worry about the Europa League next season

26 shots and 15 corners. That should be getting more than one goal but at least is was a win.

Maybe but I think Ancelotti will be more realistic than bringing in Pep at that point in time

By 2019 he'll probably be retired or with the Italian NT imo.

Looks like we're running out of quality managers available post-Wenger though, scary thought.

Well we are only 5 points away from Leicester, have the best defence in the league, the 4th best attack and have a goal difference that's bigger than Arsenal and Man Utd put together. Its definitely within our reach, but after today I think Leicester will do it. I'm hoping for top 3 just so we can go straight into the CL group stages but with Spurs you never know whats going to happen.

Well I stand corrected then.

Still think the Italian NT will be his last gig though, which I'd wager he'll get by that time.

In any case I doubt we'll be going for him then.

What about Conte, Simeone or maybe Allegri?

You also have Pardew who Shola thinks is a 'stand out' manager in the PL.

Not really convinced with Conte, same with Allegri, our board would never hire Simeone. Someone like Tuchel is probably our best bet depending on how he does in the next couple of seasons

Unai Emery might be a shout though

He's gotten an awful Palace side safe from relegation. They're closer to Man United and European football than the drop zone.

Pochettino and Ranieri are proving to be genuine world class managers this season, I'd argue the next crop this year would be Flores, Koeman, Pardew and Billic. - and maybe Eddie Howe.

He's a victim of massive overachievement this season. Palace player for player aren't exactly a million miles from Norwich or Villa, and Palace have spent relatively little, Bournemouth have spent twice as much, Watford three times as much.

Emery would fit in well, he'll be able to handle all the #EmeryOut shite from the fans (Piers) considering the amount of grief he had been given from Valencia fans when he was there.
