Had a quick look at these cuts. Some good work here
However all the images have a lot of snow around them. This is very noticeable when playing on a dark skin and can be very easily remedied by using this technique

Working through the rest (3B & 4th division). Already have a stock of still 150 to do for 2nd & 3A), so might tike quite a while.
Quality of pics is various, as some squads have horrific pics. Some do none at all, these will remain missing.

How do i combine this files config with the MPs config file

If I recall correctly, almost all of these images were included in the latest update pack, so there's really no need why you should have to create a new config file.
If, for whatever reason, you want to create a config file for a folder, you can use fmXML. A video on how to use can be seen here.

As many times before I really want to ask you two things,please remove cadre around cuts,and leave at least some small part of shit,since more than half of them have these problems...

Don't know where the grid comes from, it doesn't show not in my Photoshop, nor in my game.
Any suggestions how to avoid/spot these?
Furthermore; to avoid any further fuss, and as Belgian leagues are hardly being missed (check the amount that still is on waiting list), I'll stop posting packs.

No need to stop working on them,since they are good cuts in general,just try to avoid these two problems.Check them on dark and on white background,that's the way how to be sure that you didn't missed anything.Also,about missing shirts,probably those guys have long neck ,but you can fix that on this way.
