Honesty, losing the title is never a nice feeling but all things considered, I'd rather see it being lost to Ranieri and Leicester than anyone else. Tottenham really cocked it up though, won't get a better chance than this I dare say for awhile. One would expect Chelsea, Man Utd, Man City, Arsenal and Liverpool to all be better next season.

Chelsea, City and Liverpool yes - not sure about Utd and Arsenal, if their managers remain the same then I doubt it.
Always impossible to predict these things though, it seems every summer everyone is saying how the traditional big clubs will be stronger next season and how close the title race is gonna be, including last summer ("Arsenal have a top class keeper now", "City have spent big and will definitely be up there with their squad", "Chelsea won it at a canter last season and will start as favourites" etc etc) then they all turned out pretty rubbish.

I know the bookies took a big hit with Leicester winning, but they are going to make so much of that back from retards betting on teams like Bournemouth and Burnley to win the league and Leicester to get relegated. Actually as I say that, i've just seen someone bet £20 on Leicester to go down next year

Can't see City not winning it with Guardiola, Chelsea should get at least 4th with no European games to play and i'm not totally convinced by Liverpool, United or Arsenal. We probably wont be in it again next year, but I think we could be the year after if we keep progressing like this. Not going to rule out Leicester for a top 4 challenge, you never know if they keep their main players and add to it.

You need, far, far more points to beat Real Madrid to the title in Spain than you do in England.
That said, I think Pep will struggle more with City too, but because their team is far shitter than anything he's worked with before rather than because he's a bad manager.

It's just a different challenge. You might not be able to win the league in those games, but you can definitely lose it. I just think La Liga requires a level of consistency that you don't necessarily need in the PL because even if you drop points you know that the teams around you will drop points too.
