I am relatively happy with the cut. It does however have quite a green tinge to it due to the picture source. Any advice on where I can improve? I do wish to become a 'cutter' for images on here so all feedback is well appreciated.

Bit too ragged around the beard definitely. Does look better on a dark background in game than on the forum.

Using this image of Rafinha as one of my sources, an easy-ish cut:

Looks like a decent effort to me. There are certainly many, many, many thousands in the megapack that are a lot worse. A few things I think you can do to improve
1. There are some pixels left, particularly around the ears that you can delete.
2. Add some collar to the neck. For an image like this easiest thing is to move the collar up a bit
3. The green tinge is from the original photo (that looks like it has been cut and placed on the blue background that makes it harder). Not sure what you use for your cuts but in photoshop you can use Clone Stamp > Colour to help get rid of that sort of colour tinge.
4. I always rotate the image so that the eyes are horizontal. Sometimes that looks weird if its not a straight headshot so use your judgement
Here is my very quick attempt as an example (without doing anything with the greenness)
Hope this helps

If using Photoshop, I'd also use the clone stamp with the Hue mode to get rid off the green hue. I'd also adjust the colors a bit as the image is quite green. So something like this:

When viewed at 100%, a few pixels of a different colour can be seen around the head. Zoomed in they are a bit more evident, as circled:
Less than a minute's worth of snow removal, using this technique, results in a cleaner cut:
As you can tell, this is a relatively minor modification, but it can often make the difference between a decent cut and a good one
Looking forward to seeing more of your work - remember, nobody was born a cutter and any issue you face when cutting has almost certainly been tackled by another cutter in the past, so there's no harm in asking for feedback or help

Again, there is no snow around them, there could be some grey I'm not sure as I'm not on FM atm. These once granted were easier they all had white backgrounds or were already transparent haha.

Mons, in the cuts, i first used Rangerson (https://www.instagram.com/p/BFXYP3bmoPW/) sorry for this image, but this guy just take pics with caps. In the second i used Sidcley (http://s.glbimg.com/es/sde/f/2015/10/23/06b60cdb6d50ff8541ce5b5385b49ddd_300x300.png)
I´m using the Adobe Photoshop CS2 and to cut i´m using just Magic Wander and Background Eraser Tool. The problem is that the size of image don´t stay like the cuts i see on forum. Could you guys please help me with that?

When you select Crop tool, set it's options like displayed below:
Position the box with your mouse by dragging the center points of the top and bottom line ,1-2 pixels of empty space above the head and below the chin, including few pixels of the collar.Note that if process of doing that become somehow "jumpy",hold CTRL key while dragging the lines of the box,it will become more accurate.
After that, just use left and right arrow on keyboard to center the image with help of visible squares in the grid.
