Mixed feelings on todays 4-3 win. Firstly to open the season with 3 points away from home against a fellow top four competitor of Arsenal is a superb outcome, I'd have taken a point pre match even with their injuries to the back line. They dominated the first half and probably deserved to go into the break ahead, but a superb Coutinho goal, right from the top draw had to be the difference at the break. The belief that gave us second half was superb and to race into a 4-1 lead. However to then breakdown and concede two fairly sloppy goals wasn't pleasing, hopefully just lack of concentration early season!

Good to see us hold on late on though and start the season on the right foot!

Look...errr...we showed great mental strength and top quality in the final third but we were a little short at the back

Good start for us! Beating West Ham is great on its own but doing it while finally controlling the game from start to end is better!

Hopefully we start doing more with crosses as our wide players bossed it, but really didn't have anyone in the middle to finish.
