I think Sunderland will stay up as well actually, long way to go yet and Moyes should get them going eventually.

Annoyingly decent win for Burnley tonight though.

If anybody's going to get Sunderland relegated it's Moyes. He's a joke.

So, Pulis or Pardew? What do you think?

Either way, this is an area where English law is awful. Hope the Telegraph hand the story over to a Scottish paper or some other news media not bound by English law.

Good to see the classism has started.

fwiw Pep Guadiola is far higher profile, and done far worse.

Mark Hughes has definitely done something dodgy.

Also the Watford manager - not sure who he is and up to now thought he was a sound bloke but now I'm 100% convinced he's taking bungs.

Pulis for sure. Wasn't there some talk of him freezing out Berahino in part because he wanted him to change agents (like with Allardyce and Ravel Morrison)?

I can almost guarantee that they are. Big rumour going 'round that Warnock would tell a player he was getting them a wage increase if they agreed to give him a monthly cut of the new difference.

Plus 'Arry's... well 'Arry.

I remember hearing Jeremy Pearce didn't want to sell Berahino until after Pulis had gone, because he didn't want to be pressured to spend the cash on guys reprsented by Pulis' mates. - The fact Pulis is still there, and West Brom's transfers don't look anything out of the ordinary indicate its probably nothing.

It would be so idiotic to do that these days though. The money earned from being a manager is so much, that the risk of getting sacked (as you've signed inferior players as a favour) and being forced to lower paid jobs would be far too much

Well, those Borja misses in the first half for Swansea could prove costly for them and ultimately Guidolin, Liverpool have finally woken up in the second half in the early kick off.

Useless. First 30 mins we should have been 3-0 up, after that it was average.

Good keeping from Grant alongside poor finishing. Ibra wasn't very good today.

Well I certainly didn't expect that. That's 8 goals in 3 games against City and we still haven't conceded from open play yet. Makes a change to have a good start for once!

In fairness he clearly didn't do it intentionally and if it had been disallowed then the ref should have awarded us a pen a few mins earlier when Walcott flicked the ball and it hit a defenders hand (may have been Keane), again unintentional and the right decision from the ref at the time.

You should've had a penalty earlier. I concede that, so that's not my point.
But if that isn't a handball, then I genuinely don't understand the rules of the game.

Guidolin sacked by Swansea. The new yankee owners bring in fellow yank Bob Bradley as his replacement.

I am now absolutely convinced that they are going down.

Seems harsh on Guidolin, did really well last season and then they've had a rotten fixture list so far this season yet aren't even the relegation zone, only the defeat to Hull could be classed as a really poor result so far this term.

The plan must have been to get Bradley in all along.....

Big game for both teams tonight, hoping we go on and pick up a win but it'll be a tight affair I feel.

#LFC XI to face #MUFC: Karius, Clyne, Matip, Lovren, Milner, Henderson, Can, Coutinho, Firmino, Mane, Sturridge

#MUFC XI v #LFC: De Gea, Valencia, Bailly, Smalling, Blind, Fellaini, Pogba, Rashford, Herrera, Young, Ibrahimovi
