I don't fully understand what you've said. Do you mean someone uploads a pack, you cut half the images and then want to update the request so it only has the other half?

If someone is already working on that pack,he will mark that,since that's the one of the options right now...we got to have an edit option for our requests as before,no matter is it teampack or individual request (imp\miss).

I understand that you want an edit button, but I just want more information about how best to handle different scenarios so I can code it in.

After pressing the "View Completed Requests" button (under Messi's image) ,the "Completed Date" column is showing current time and date instead of actual time of upload.

If I've understand Baja right, he wants a modify submitted file button for the original requester and/or mods, both for teampacks/mixpacks and for individual images.
This way, they can amend their submission should it be required. In teampacks/mixpacks, it's been known to happen that cutters only complete a partial amount of the request, be it through choice or through lack of cutting expertise, although it's not that common. As for individual images, it's not infrequent that requesters do not provide the best source image available.

I agree, it would be most helpful and that was one of the proposals we put forward for Rob to consider. Another was for the correct time completed to be displayed on this screen, rather than the time the completed request list was last generated, as at present.
However, he indicated that for the time being he was concentrating on other sections of the site and forums ahead of the FM17 release and that any non-urgent modifications to our request forum are to be put on hold until such time he can take them on. Probably quite soon to be honest, but I can't promise anything instant.
For the time being, while not ideal, the situation does not require immediate attention imo, so we'll just have to bear it for a while

In terms of future enhancements, my request would be the ability to search by country for the teampacks. Based on past experience it wont be that long before the list spreads over several pages and it would be good to be able to quickly find ones from particular location eg if i want to do an obscure English non-league mixpack it will be hard to find if i can only sort by date

The reality is that not all the cuts will get cut, sadly. Some due to the quality of the source and some because we simply don't have as much cutters as would be needed to deal with all the requests. I definitely don't think it's an issue with the identity of the players as plenty more obscure players (and from worse sources sometimes) have been cut recently since you made your request 10 days ago.
The good thing with the new system and the ability to filter requests by category and status is that it is very easy for cutters to see which images are still pending, so there's less risk of them getting lost in previous pages as on the forum. Periodically, I also intend to collect all the uncut images and request them as a mixpack, as was done in the forum previously.
Out of 19 pages of requests so far, 12 whole pages have been completed and 2 rejected. Another 3 pages are pending teampack requests. All in all, I think that's a very good proportion, to be honest.
One alternative is to give cutting a go yourself. It's really not as hard as you would think it is and you would be able to include the cuts in your game more quickly, while contributing to the megapack and the community

Adding to what Rob already said, I'm afraid I've given up on the old teampack request thread as it was quite simply unmanageable. tuodi8shi informed me that he didn't have time to take care of it on the day that the new request forum was opened and it seemed the right time to move on.
I just don't have the time at present to download all the 500 or so files and re-upload them into the new system, much as I would like to. It's a pity as there are plenty of good sources in there, but it did become a bit of a free-for-all with plenty of requests made for non-improvements. Requesters are of course welcome to reupload their files themselves onto the new system and cutters to take any of them on, naturally.

Why would you need to do so? The request is there in the system. If, after a while, it is not cut, then it'll be collected into the usual mixpack roundup.
