Not rating this ref in the City v Barca game. Letting Digne get away with repeated fouls already and to me it looked like a penalty when Umtiti stood on Sterling's foot.

Pen could easily have been given aye, there was contact but not enough to justify Sterling flopping to the ground like that... though a yellow for him was harsh, just depended on the ref I guess. Lovely goal from Barca too, enjoyable game so far

Barca completely fell apart in the end, some terrible defending, 3-1 City.

City would have been in a bit of trouble had they lost or even drawn and Borussia won tonight, but they'll qualify no problem now.

Rarely praise our performances anymore as have very high standards of how i expect us to be performing but last night was one of the best i've seen from a team for a long time. The movement and passing was at times head and shoulders above anything i've seen from a Premiership team this season, just imagine if we was actually consistent...

I'm confused - why couldn't Leicester have Bayer Leverkusen or PSG? They were skipped for both of those draws and plumped straight to the one v Sevilla.

But yeah. Arsenal had to get that in the year they won their group didn't they?

Was just three Spanish teams left and PSG, Bayer and Leicester so they all had to face a Spanish team.

Didn't really matter as PSG drew Barcelona for finishing 2nd, though i don't really mind who we play as gotta face the best teams at some point. Plus the second leg is at home which makes a massive difference.

Yeah, no coming back from that for Barca.

Put Benfica to win tonight in Super 6; Dortmund have been pretty poor in Germany from what I've heard. Could well turn it round in the return leg though.

Nah, I actually feel sorry for Arsenal fans. That team has no absolute bottle.

Xhaka might be the only one worth something, at least he could snap someone and show some fight.
