I'm being paid for 21 hours' work when I did 32 this month, I love my job. If I complain to my manager though, she'll just sack me. She's already got it in for me anyway.

She can't just sack you, you have to be paid what your owed or you can take her to tribuneral.

I doubt it'll be worthwhile. I've only got about £215 to my name, and the job's only minimum wage anyway so it probably would cost more than what I would get out of it. And besides I don't want to be unemployed again, doubt I'd get another job for a while.

EDIT: Should probably add that I started on 27/11/12, and my contract says I have a 26 week probation period. I understand that they can replace me with no warning if they simply don't think I'm 'suited to the role' (ie incompetent) with no ramifications.

Don't worry until it happens. I regularly get storm warning texts to my phone from the council and nothing happens, they really do tend to be cautious about everything and most the time nothing happens.
