I have 3 improvements waiting and 3 missing waiting...right now I've succed to upload completed cut for one request.This happening on any kind of request that I'm tryin' to make.

Also,I would upload an image,but after an issue with minimum size of image we had before,and your limiting them at 180x180 size,we can't upload any image,no matter what size it is,I've tried 2000x3500 image,and still don't work.

I think the limit is 100MB, isn't it? Can you try splitting it into 2 packs and attempt to re-upload it?
With images of that quality, I'm sure they won't be pending for long...

I’ve got the megapack but I want to keep the games default pictures of players for my club – Birmingham City – but I’m unsure how to do this.
Basically:
I want to use faces for everyone in the pack except for Birmingham City players, keeping the default pictures of those players.
Does anyone know how to do this?
Any help is greatly appreciated!

The aim of this megapack is to have images for persons currently in the FM database, and anything unrelated to that is mostly ignored. I would suggest you have a look at our guide to cutting out thread in order that you can learn the techniques necessary to produce cuts for your niche need

If he was only added in FM17, then you will need to open your save game and find his UID from within the game, as the database for this year's version is not yet fully available on our site.
