Not completely true tbh.
Torres was defended for basically 18 months where he did absolutely nothing right.

I'm glad he's started scoring. And if he keeps it up, obviously I want to keep him. But we still need another striker (two, actually).

Whilst Ferguson is clearly going OTT saying it's the most dangerous thing he's ever seen, I really don't think its beyond the realms or reason to say smashing the ball at a players head from less than a metre away is certainly one of the most cuntish things that could happen on a football pitch.

Whether Ashley Williams meant it or not is something only he will know, I reckon he probably didn't, some would argue he probably did.

And some of you arguing RVP deserved to be sent off for his response? He had a fucking ball smashed at his head, you wonder why he was angry? Yellow card was obviously the end of the matter. Some of you lot can be hilarious.


The simple answer as to whether Ash meant it or not is:

He's not that good!!! I love the guy, but he's not exactly a deft finisher, he clearly sliced it onto RVP's head, and even Ash has come out and said he can understand why RVP went bonkers, but that is the end of it. Ferguson is a toss-pot though, it's one thing deflecting attention from you team but to target Williams like that is not on. I've lost what little respect I had left for the bacon faced knight of the realm and he can do one.

He could have died but the chances are highly remote. The way Fergie is going on you would have thought he kicked him after tripping up to give cancer kids an autograph. I haven't seen the footage but I doubt he did anything worth than Stoke, Suarez or Thatcher have ever done.
