FM isn't advancing past the loading screen

Hi need some help I have just got my laptop back from repair, and I have installed FM back onto my laptop and downloaded all my graphics back onto it, and when i went to clear cache in game my game crashed and I keep getting crash dumps and crashes on the loading screen and it will now not advance past the loading screen, it was fine before i cleared the cache in game is there anyway for me to fix this

Use the ''verify integrity of game files'' option in steam, this link will show you how to do it: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2037-QEUH-3335 If that doesn't work then uninstall the game and remove all fm related files from your system before reinstalling, hope that helps...

so your saying you reinstalled the game with all the old files removed from the system and no add on's in the game and you still get the error? reinstalling the game and then putting the same graphics in the same place is not going to solve the problem, that is just repeating what caused the problem in the first place...
