Does anyone know a rough time frame? I know it’s a huge job. Reckon it will be up before the game is completed?

I doubt it. For one thing, the database isn't complete and official until the full game is released...

there will be last minute changes to the players and clubs (before the full launch) so it's pointless to release the database atm.
