I've not download it, but from what I understand that includes these images (and lots more) and then automatically applies the faces to new Regens as they are "formed" in game...?
This pack is just the images, so you rename them to the UID you want and generate the config yourself.

The problem i had with that pack was the the awful quality of the pictures. But some pics in this pack come in high resolution i think?

Yeah I only used high quality sources. Although it was way back in 2013 my cutting was still pretty good
There were lots of other subsequent packs from other people that are listed there too.

As I didn't want to spend too much time on these, I used remove.bg and didn't worry about the slight white 'ghosting' around the edges, even with this they are still a big improvement on the generated faces imo. If someone has the time and patience to remove the ghosting feel free

You need to rename them by using their ID and editing the config file. (like with others)
