First of all, thanks for taking the time to try to learn how to cut out
Secondly, I strongly recommend starting out with sources with very simple hair (bald or close-cut) on clear backgrounds. This way you'll get a hang of the technique before progressing on hairstyles which are trickier to cut, like this one
Finally, in this particular cut, you seem to have somehow changed the aspect ratio of the image so that the face has come out too wide when compared to the source. I've tried resizing it accordingly. There was also a faint white border at the edges of the cut, keep an eye out for it in the future

I changed the aspect ratio by going to the image menu and choosing image size. I then unticked the constrain proportions box and removed the width until it resembled a more realistic face. That said, I have no idea why and how you changed it from the original source in the first place.
As for clearing the faint white background, I simply dragged a small-size eraser all around the border of the cut apart from where there is the hair and the neck/collar.
