Hiya there - have a look at this post to see why what you are asking for is not that straight-forward. If you want to use the Resource Archiver to replace the Portsmouth images in your megapack, have a look at this website to see what you need to do.
If you can't figure it out, for the next update pack of the cutout faces, I'll have a look at the Pompey SI cuts to see which of them should be added

Ive just gone and added my own cut outs of the portsmouth players and replaced the original faces ive refreshed fm18 and cleared cache etc but pompey player faces are non exsistent now so i thought maybe its the xml so i removed the old one and replaced it with a new one but still again black faces any help?

What do you mean your own cut-outs? Did you create some yourself? Are the filenames the players' UIDS? Are they in .png format?
And what do you get in-game for these players? Is it the default face for when there is no player or a blank space?

Got google images crop photo to 180x180 pixels, renamed the files to ids but nothing. Will attatch photos for you to look at.

If that doesn't work, can you upload a handful of the images you've changed and the config file, so I can have a look at them? If possible, host the images externally, not as an attachment, as this forum doesn't allow me to download them for some reason...

We have a request system here. Please use it. I also suggest finding a larger source as that's a bit small and probably won't result in a cut...
Also, was it really necessary to make the same post 5 times in 3 separate threads?

They are all from of ASC Juventus Bucuresti and I've mentioned the name of each player. Also, Virgil Draghia's picture from Juventus is not actually him, it's a player used in Romania for trolling so whoever submitted it had clear intentions, not just making a mistake.
And yes, I've noticed Neacsu's and Draghici's pictures appear as.jpg in imgur and idk why because I have them in my PC as .png, if you want me to post them somewhere else, I will do that. Hope I've helped.

If you know their UID, you can use the cutout faces megapack search tool. If you don't, then you can use the FM database search tool to find the player(s) you want, then click on the player(s) to get the respective cut-out in full size (if available).

I have around 10 players that I really want cut out faces for but they are not in the default database... I was hoping that there was anyone that could help me out with this and cut them out for me, would be much appreciated.

as you can see from this photo the top of the hairline has been cut and you cant see the full head
is there a way in photoshop to copy the hair strands and paste it it to the top of the cut????

You can either find a similar hairstyle from another person in the megapack and try pasting it on top of the eventual cut, or you can try to clone stamp a little bit of the present head to replicate the missing part, if that makes sense.
I'm afraid that's not possible

i have a staff pack of a team i have cut and i am confused on where to upload it i see two options on the cutout page a NEW TEAMPACK REQUEST and UPLOAD A PACK FOR RELEASE buttons
which one do i use for a staff pack
