Neither. Leave both there, as they were UIDs for the same player in different versions of the game, and therefore correct in each version...

Any completed cuts posted in the no-ID thread are, however, collected so that they are added to the megapack once/if they are added to the official database.

If you want to make requests, please use the requests forum. Please make sure you read the rules before posting, and make sure you post a better source image than that one, which is not very good. A simple Google Image search throws up much better sources, for example. This is probably the best one.

Is the request a cutout service still going? I know the thread for managers has been closed but i been wanting to create myself as a player for a while now and ither have to resort to using someone elses face or it being a blank.
If anyone could do me an image for the attached picture, id be eternally grateful.

That's really too small a source to be cut. Besides, the request a manager cutout service is obsolete with the new FM manager avatar system in FM now...

anyway i have an idea for a cutout pack of potential FM 19 wonderkids that need cutting with UID`s are mostly 1915386868,1915386870 etc
are these actual FM18 database UID`s or are they from a custom database i have loaded in my game

As @Swedie said, you can check the FM(18) database on this site to see if they are actually in the database. If not, and you still wish to cut them anyway, either post them in this thread individually or as a pack, or include them in a mixpack with any other ID'd cuts.
I collect all no-ID cuts and make sure to compare them with the new database once every new FM version comes out so that I can ID them and add them to the megapack. So ideally, whichever of the above options you choose, the filename is titled as their name, since the UIDs you may have are not fixed and change depending on the combination of editor data files downloaded by the user (which is why they aren't included in the megapack in the first place). I'm afraid that's a different matter altogether. This forum is only for cutting persons in the official SI FM database.
If you want to have cuts for fantasy players, then you'd have to cut them yourself. We have a help thread here for those who wish to learn how to cut, and it may be worth exploring the possibility

There are a number of mods out for different types of faces which don't exactly suit the cutout pack. If I have a bit of time over the weekend I'll try and play around a bit to find a way to display them
