It looks like someone updated the wrong Omar Hamid's gamedata—the one they updated played for IFK Göteborg previously, but the gamedata was updated for FM18 to add him as playing for Torns IF which is the other Omar.
I'm not sure if the Torns IF Omar is in the game but here's a better size picture

I don't know either! The only information I can find about Göteborg's Omar (the one in the current cutout picture) is a few articles from this site but it's possible it might be a different player someone assumed was Omar. Trying to reverse image-search the cutout picture doesn't give any results either.
The Omar in this picture plays for Torns IF and previously played for Hittarps IK. I don't know whether or not this Omar played for Göteborg before Hittarps, but a player with that name did play for them in U19 level.
Maybe someone more familiar with the Swedish divisions could clear this up.
Edit: I've found this picture captioned as Omar Hamid, playing for Göteborg, so it indeeds looks like there's two different players.

If I understand the protocol correctly, the UID 93054351 (Göteborg/Kungsbacka Omar) should keep the current cutout (with Hittarps and Torns removed from his gamedata), and a new UID would need to be created for Hittarps/Torns Omar since I don't think the player exists in the database.
One additional method of reducing confusion would be to add the full name "Omar Hamid Abdallah" (source) for 93054351

I think it's correct, and yeah I'm aware that the gamedata is just listing what's in SI's database :p I should've been clearer than "would need to be" created
Is there a way to contact SI's researchers to let them know that there should be this correction?

The thing is that Omar Hamid in Torns IF has never played in IFK Göteborg, they are two different people.

) who plays for Torns IF does not have a profile in the game, but the game developers (Sports Interactive) added your club history to the other Omar Hamid by mistake. It would be wrong to add your picture to the profile of the other Omar Hamid, but you can contact Sports Interactive to tell them about the error here in this thread: https://community.sigames.com/topic/411554-sweden-official-data-issues/
