This file will need to be re-applied if/when official patches/updates are released to ensure full compatibility. This is due to the fact that some files which are removed when installing this file are automatically re-installed by Steam when official patches come out.
Some of these changes, ESPECIALLY THE CLUB NAMES, may not apply in the Beta, FM Touch or in existing save-games. There's a workaround for that in the first post.
The sortitoutsi real names fix changes the instances of fake names in Football Manager 2019 to the proper, real life names for awards, cities, stadiums and competitions, in cases where the actual name is not licensed, such as Champions League, Europa League and Premier League displaying instead of EURO Cup, EURO Vase and Premier Division respectively. It will also fix the fact that the Japanese National teams don't call up real players and that the Bayern manager has a fake name. These are all fully save-game compatible.
There is also a club name changes file, which changes the names of clubs in a way which ensures that any nicknames entered in the default database are retained. This file includes the proper names for Brazilian, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and French clubs to circumvent licensing restrictions. It also adds real-life media and journalists, encompassing most major footballing nations and continents. Brazilian clubs' text colours are also changed through an editor data file. Finally, it includes a small file which corrects the 3-Letter competition names to correspond with any changes made in the lnc files. For all the files in this paragraph to work, however, you will need to start a new game.

This should be what your editor data folder looks like now. There may initially be a config.xml file in this folder and it can be safely overwritten; it is generated by FM every time the game starts.
To make sure the files have been applied correctly, go to the Champions Cup and EURO Vase in your saved game, and they should be renamed to Champions League and Europa League respectively. If you are in the middle of a save-game, Japanese national teams will be populated in the next instance that players are called up, and not instantly. Do keep in mind that this file does not add Japan-based players are not in the official database and these will need a third-party add-on to be created and added.

You can get to the Library folder by simply selecting Go from the top bar and holding "alt" key - The Library folder suddenly appears on the drop down
For Mac Lion users, the Library folder will be hidden. Use this link to find out how to show it.
For those struggling to find the Steam and Steam Apps folder etc using Mac with the new OS High Sierra, this link below shows how you can unhide your Library folder which will then let you find the other folders.

I'm locked and loaded
I'll just need to verify some files and make sure they're compatible with the full version of FM19 and I will release this file as quickly as I can after that
But all of you, do be patient. It's better that I release the file in full working order than rush it out and have to re-release it shortly afterwards, no?

The 'U23 Professional Developement League' is incorrectly named "Professional U23 Development League 2" the '2' is not needed and not listed on the official Premier League website, technically neither is the 'U23' part but wanted a clear distiction that the league was for U23 players to go inline with the U18 naming convention.
Also the first division in the U18 league structure is known as the 'U18 Premier League', then the second league in the stucture is the developement league, also renamed the U18 Premier League Cup without the 'U-18' for consistancy.
Side note: I also noticed that the U23 Developement League ignores the short names you give for the specific north and south sections, for example it just says 'North' or 'South' to seperate the leagues on the main league page and only shows the short name 'U23 PDL' and not the specific 'U23 PDL North/South' in the club fixtures page, this might be a limitation in the game though.
Hope all this makes sense!

The file is now available for download. It includes all the usual stuff you would expect, and also fixes the Brazilian clubs' text colours
I will be refining these files further in the coming days and weeks, so please let me know anything I need to fix. There were some extremely minor stuff I didn't have time to add just yet, but I will be getting round to it shortly...
Enjoy

Teams from Brazil 1st and 2nd division are fixed indeed, but the colors for all the clubs not in those divisions are still wrong
Playing in the 3rd division or even the Brazilian Cup or state championships is unbearable.
Question is, was it supposed to fix only 1st/2nd divisions or have I done something wrong? Also, if it was supposed to fix only the first two, are you going to add the others or could I add them manually (If so, how?)?
