I'm not quite sure how you managed it but you've managed to register for two accounts with the same username and email address and the subscription is associated with your other account I'll get it sorted out for you.

Hi.

I have signed up for a premium account but cannot download the cutout facepack as the page for the download wont load??

I have been trying loads of times, if i log out and log in with a non-premium account the page loads and asks me to upgrade or download via the links.... if i log in with my premium account it wont let me get to this page?!!

Seems to work fine for me and others. Can you take a screenshot of the error you're seeing or describe in more detail what's happening?

Just a question, presumably cancelling the subscription on Paypal now the payment has gone through (i.e. not leaving it set to autorenew this time next year) won't affect my access here?

Can you give more info? Looks like you've got the little badge under your name. Maybe a screenshot of any errors you're getting or anything?

There seems to be a bit of delay at the moment, others who have said similar have since had it activate...

I'm sure @Rob will look into what is causing the delay when he is next on.

It doesn't look like you ever had membership with this account, this usually happens because you may have more than one account under two different email addresses. If you pm me your paypal email address I can look into it more

I accidently cancelled the subscription and then tried clicking reactivate and it says ‘Reactivation failed for an unknown reason!’. Would you be able to help?
