@therealAR, Neville's spell at Valencia was a while ago now. You've been requesting prominent former players for a while and in almost all cases you're selecting older sources rather than more recent ones. Please try and request recent and good quality sources wherever possible avoiding older ones whenever possible.
That's also from 2015 or 6.08 version.Anyway I'll just close this one.

I understand where you are coming from with the picture being from some time ago, here are 3 much more recent sources, would any of these be considered a good quality source worth being used as an improvement?
@therealAR, I think the second one is the best. Just over 4 months old, good quality and should be reasonably easy to cut

@therealAR you need to rotate image to have both eyes in the same line,also it should have less neck,as much closer to the chin as you can make it.

In terms of orientation, yes - but it lacks any hair details at all. It's not an easy cut in itself, truth be told, as the hair colour is quite close to the background colour...

There are at least 10 better sources wich can provide real improvement,and they are all HQ and highresolution profile images.Current one is also recent 250x profile photo without any major issue to be improved.
