Every kit shows up fine from different leagues and separate files.
The only leagues which don’t work are the ones where there normally are already the default kits.
Like; Germany, Holland, France...
I’m playing FM19 on Windows.

I just downloaded a lot of kits, the only one that isn't working is Superliga Argentina.

have you use SSKCC? - FM18 here or FM19 here but its only start a game, other you can do yourself with in-game editor with your save game.

Been using your kits for years and I've never noticed this but;
You can see I have the kits installed but I noticed that in a Europa League game the kit wasn't showing.
Not sure if it's something to do with the Europa League or just an error.

That's why the SSKCC (SS Kits Colour Changes) file was introduced. Some clubs have a different kit assigned in the editor for different competitions, which appears to be the case for Chelsea in this instance. The SSKCC file (which needs to be in place before starting a new game) solves this issue, among others.

I tried downloading all of the templates again but I'm still getting the same problem.
EDIT: I've noticed this is happening with some of the real kits as well, particularly in Ligue One.

Seeing as some of the teams kits' show I don't get why the others aren't. The files are in the right place as otherwise the 9 teams with the updated shirts wouldn't have their kits showing.
Any idea what I've done wrong? I'm wondering if having the files on my Steam drive which is a different HD to my C: drive is part of the problem?

If the user data folder isn't the default one (i.e. Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2019), then you need to change the preferences from Steam. If you've done this already, you may need to refresh your skin cache from the preferences and reload your skin.

I hadn't understood you originally, sorry. Can I just counsel strongly AGAINST placing custom graphics in the Steam installation folder? Put them anywhere other than there.

OK, I'll move the graphics back to the default folder and see if that helps.
I did it originally to save space on my C: drive but I think I can get some space back from other things to make it viable.

The problem isn't with putting it within S folder, but in the Steam installation path. Just put it somewhere other than S:\Steam and you'll be fine.

Have you extracted the files with Winrar? Could you give a screenshot of the location that the kits are installed in?
