I had the same with the initial download. I re-downloaded it at 5.20am this morning and that one extracted fine for me just now.
Yep, the downloaded file can be opened and used, it's just the replicated team folder with a copy of the contents in each that is bumping the packaged size up.
The download says it's 66.1GB? Isn't that almost 10x its normal size?
I've just downloaded it and unpacked the file without any issues. Did you find out what the problem was?
Same error message comes up instantly with 7-Zip. 1.67GB of files end up in the unzipped folder.

@Footygamer I downloaded the whole new 2023.00 pack of 9.52GB.

I think it's where there's two images with the same filename but one is of a .png format and the other is a .PNG format.

I've found two sets duplicate files with the same name, different dates and sizes. In both cases it looks like one has an extension of .png and the other .PNG.
They are 91185039 and 768274. The 91185039 are both the same size and of the same person...
