Do take the time to post the largest sources available @Draskulla. The better the source, the better the eventual cut
My bad, https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/emir-burkic/profil/spieler/206377
replace 'header' in the picture URL with 'originals' for the full-size image next time

wdym?
wdym?
What you posted was the lower-resolution version of the source image that I posted, i.e. this:
from
https://tmssl.akamaized.net/images/portrait/header/206377-1521753781.jpg
When you find a source image on transfermarkt, it may be possible to find a higher-resolution image by changing the text header and replacing it with originals.https://tmssl.akamaized.net/images/portrait/originals/206377-1521753781.jpg
gives you my source image: A better cut can be done from my source image when compared with yours due to the respective sizes.

Ohhhhhh ok thanks.
I don't want to seem like I'm picking on you @Draskulla but cuts should have a little bit of collar included. Also, in cases like this source, it'd be better if they were rotated before being cropped and cut.
@mons I've made a better version of this with a different computer that itself has Photoshop. Could you remove my upload so I can upload the new one?

Could you upload it here in the comments (either as an attachment or by hosting it on an image-hosting page) so we can have a look at it before?

How do I do that?

When you click reply, there is a bit of text titled add attachment just above the submit button. Click it and you can upload your cut from the button displayed.
Alternatively, you can go on imgur.com and upload the cut there

@mons I used some of your tips to help with it, thanks. Tell me what you think!

It's better, but as I said here, "it'd be better if they were rotated before being cropped and cut."
Also, while cuts should have a bit of collar, 2-3 pixels beneath the chin is enough. In cases like this source where the neck is overly long, there's a technique in the guide to cutting thread where you can shorten the neck through Photoshop to have it look natural.
Ther's also a very small amount of snow on the right side of the head and just above the left ear (as can be seen here on the dark background). The cut is also 255x255 not 250x250.
That said, these are all things which are easy to fix, so keep trying .

What do you mean by, "rotated before being cropped and cut"?
What do you mean by, "rotated before being cropped and cut"?
The source image is slanting slightly to the left; it's not perfectly vertical.
Rotate it by 3 or 4 % clockwise to get it vertical. Then crop it to choose the face and collar only. Then cut it.

Ideally the face should be straightened, so that the eyes are approximately level rather than diagonal. Compare Mons' cutout (left) to yours (right), the face is straighter as it was rotated

Ok, done.
Also how does this request thing work, like does it go in the game or something?

Not quite done I'm afraid, no. Have a look at weeniehutjr's post just above yours for a further explanation on what further steps you would need to take to have a better cut. Pay particular attention to (a) the orientation of the face and (b) the distance between the bottom of the chin and the bottom of the cut, and keep them in mind for future cuts.
Every so often (between 2 and 4 weeks) update packs are released containing all the cuts collected. Missing images are all usually added to the megapack automatically, while improvements are checked to ensure they are actually improvements and not just alternative images.

I don't really understand how to do that so i'll just let it be.
