1-1.

Murray crumbled a little in the 2nd tie break.

Been a good game so far, nothing like the US Open game though yet but still quality tennis.

Djokovic has been brilliant since pulling back from 40 love down in the first game of the second set, never looked like losing since then really. Some of the recoveries hes made have been amazing.

Murray has looked tired.

Djokovic played a day earlier and had a much easier tie then anyway.

I'm certain that there was a statistic floating around during the US Open final that the vast majority (if not all for X number of games) had been won by the player who had a days more rest.

You'd have thought it would make sense to play both on the same day, but I guess there's less money to be made.

Yeah he played a much easier game and it showed as the game wore on because he had juice left in the tank and Murray didn't. I remember playing football on a tennis court due to weather and that, fucking legs and ankles were in bits the next day, I can't imagine 48 hours after a 5 set thriller against arguable the best tennis player ever is enough time to recover to then play the best player in the last year or so.

The break wasn't the biggest factor , the no Rafa was the biggest factor. Nadal would of worn down Novak a lot more then Ferrer did.

The US Open has been pretty good. Wawrinka (the best Swiss tennis player atm) beats Murray and will play Djokovic in semis tommorow. Also, Bryan bros are out.

Bring up a thread from over a year ago! Anyone watching the Djokovic and Wawrinka Final right now! Wawrinka playing some absolute worldie shots! I like Djokovic but think I'd like to see the outsider win it!

Rafael Nadal was two sets up and is now in danger of losing.

Nadal's finished.

World number 8 now, ranking in absolute free fall. Knocked out by a nobody at Wimbledon and throwing away two sets here.

Shame as he's still only young, but injuries have killed him.

Couldn't believe he dropped their third set after breaking Fognini, let alone losing three straight sets.

Suppose $100 million isn't bad retirement fund for a 29 year old

Anyone think Thiem has a chance against Nadal?
